oh wow it was gross I have got bacterial tonsilitis and havent been able to breath through my nose and felt something at the back of my nose/throat that I couldn't get it up. Well I just sniffed coughed and almost choked on it Its like phlegm but all almost looks tissue like ....but yay I can breath again.
Is tissue/phlegm too far for sporner corner?

Definitely a polyp, worked in ENT theatres and removed a fair few the biggest was the size of a thumb

I’ve also produced a few of my own due to nasal allergies

Happy to say I’m glad I found this post. Literally had the same thing come up after I gargled salt water as I have tonsillitis. Thought I have some kind of disease but a polyp or just tonsillitis related seems more likely? Mine was literally the same as this wish I could post a picture haha
