Is this a Pore of Winer?

DH has had this on his back for months now. He won't let me go near it, and thanks to this group I looked up the dilated pore of Winer and thought it looked very similar.

It's a little more raised than it maybe looks in the pics, and he has finally said tonight that at some point if I get him drunk and look up what I'm doing then he'll let me go for it. And that's why I'm here, what do I need to do?

Made the mistake of telling him what I thought it was (tbf it was to stop him freaking out it was a mole, it's definitely not). He looked up the Dr Pimple Popper videos and because she uses a local anaesthetic he doesn't want me to touch it now (he's terribly afraid of needles and now doesn't think I can do it without anything like that or without basically slicing into him. )

Help! How do I convince him it's not that bad. Would numbing cream help at all or should I break out the decent alcohol? Or both? He's working this week so need him to be off before I can get him suitably drunk.

I honestly thought after months of me sneakily trying to get it (back scratching during sex and everything ) I would never convince him to let me near it and had that one moment of joy last night when he finally agreed. I need to get him to change his mind again.

Well bugger me, I have never heard of a dilated pore of whatnot but I have one on my neck/throat. I hate it and am very aware of it but its in a really hard place to get at because of saggy turkey neck and if I go at it I end up with a hickey!!!
