We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

I’m a ‘lady of leisure’. I suppose it means I’d like to be a lady of leisure which is true enough.

The lady of leisure ha. That's what I'd like but with a toddler that doesn't sleep through and shares my bed most of the time it's not 100% accurate 😁

I'm another insomniac that can't understand how 'they' came to that conclusion Confused. I'm world renowned for my sleep, naps, love of beds, ability to snooze anywhere anytime.

Apparently I come out as a duvet hogger... not sure that's true! Insomniac far more appropriate lol. Even my mum comments on how i've never been a good sleeper since being a kid. Here's hoping my lo doesn't follow that pattern!

Pre baby, that was true. I once slept through a fire alarm and only woke up because the fireman who was in my room shook me. Now, I sleep much morr lightly and am wide awake at the slightest noise.
Dh is the log.

You’re an out and proud duvet hog. Whilst you’re probably not doing it on purpose, everyone you’ve ever shared a bed with has complained about being left shivering. But don’t worry - no judgement here. Just maybe invest in a second duvet.

whilst this is occasionally true - i have real trouble sleeping

A Lady Of Leisure... how lovely that would be in an idea world!! My son gets up at 5am every morning so going to bed at at reasonable time is my quest every day! Smile
