We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

Take this quiz to find out what type of sleeper you are. Are you the duvet hogger? The lady of leisure? The insomniac? Or the sleep-like-a-logger? Whatever you are, take our quiz, and post your results on this thread, and you will be entered into the prize draw for a £300 voucher of your choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

Lady of leisure????? Pfft. I guess when your day starts at 4.30 there is plenty of time to get everything done at a slow pace!!!!

Scoleah · 27/03/2018 10:56

The insomniac Hmm

loveisevol · 27/03/2018 10:56

Apparently I'm a lady of leisure. Hmmmm not sure about that!!

SusanWalker · 27/03/2018 10:57

Lady of leisure. Tbf I do think having a lovely bedroom is important, especially now my kids are teen/nearly teen. They don't go to bed early anymore so the living room is not the relaxing zone it once was. My bedroom is my calm place.

ShatnersBassoon · 27/03/2018 11:02

I'm 'the lady of leisure', which is pretty accurate. I love my bed and don't have small children disturbing me. I'm still in bed now, actually Blush

SwanRonson · 27/03/2018 11:05

The insomniac, true at the moment with a 9 week old and a 6 year old early riser!

Floralnomad · 27/03/2018 11:12

Apparently I’m a duvet hogger , which doesn’t quite seem right as I only need 5/6 hours sleep

Gumbo · 27/03/2018 11:17

Apparently I'm a 'sleep-like-a-logger'. I remember the good-old-days when that was true....

blueskyinmarch · 27/03/2018 11:23

I am a duvet hogger

YesitsJacqueline · 27/03/2018 11:31

Lady of leisure ! That's me apparently. Really ???
I do love an early night though !

sharond101 · 27/03/2018 12:37

Iam a duvet hogger although how that is I'll never know as I am rarely in bed enough to feel the duvet!

IndianaMoleWoman · 27/03/2018 13:23

The duvet hogger.

Cacti · 27/03/2018 13:36

Lady of leisure which I think is down to my love of multiple pillows!

TheWizardofWas · 27/03/2018 13:37

The lady of leisure - mmmhhh doesn't sound like me - maybe in my dreams!

Sleepysausage · 27/03/2018 13:44

The lady of leisure ... I wish!

ineedwine99 · 27/03/2018 14:00

Result: The insomniac
Yep. Brain goes into overdrive once i get to bed and have been know to get up in the middle of the night to take notes of something i've remembered

Crumble67 · 27/03/2018 14:23

I'm an insomniac, which is half true due to children crawling into my bed/ or ears being on alert for any sounds coming from their rooms until I know that they are all asleep and then I am always the first up

Bufferingkisses · 27/03/2018 14:23

The insomniac, pretty accurate actually.

Dizzywizz · 27/03/2018 14:25

Duvet hugger, not sure how true that is!

Jinglesplodge · 27/03/2018 14:33

I'm an insomniac! I'm not really, I miss out on sleep because I have a newborn but I can fall asleep in seconds at any hour of the day or night...

BluebellsareBlue · 27/03/2018 14:37

Ima sleep like a logger!

fleshmarketclose · 27/03/2018 14:37

Insomniac which is pretty accurate, non sleeping autistic children means I have forgotten how to sleep and manage fine without it tbh.

slithytove · 27/03/2018 14:38

Sleep-like-a-logger

Not quite

WeaselsRising · 27/03/2018 14:42

Insomniac which really is no surprise at all.

itshappenedagain · 27/03/2018 14:43

The insomniac- I usually manage 8 hours a night when I'm not staying up late getting everything ready for the next day.
