We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

It says I’m a Duvet Hog.

I have no idea how it came to that conclusion. I’m a terrible insomniac. I think it’s got it’s wires in a muddle.

I'm the Insomniac which doesn't surprise me at all, since I get about 4 hours sleep a night for the last 20 years!!

I got the insomniac which is completely wrong! I sleep really well once I get to bed, my only issue is staying up too late online (ahem)

From the titles other people have given I would say duvet hog fits me best!

Not especially a surprise!
I rarely sleep all night and always start the day tired and sore. Really need a decent mattress, the springs in mine poke into my hips Blush

Apparently I'm 'insomniac' but I'm not so sure that I agree to be honest. I would love to sleep more but my LO's don't allow it at the moment. Confused

I usually get around 6 hours sleep a night. Would like more but I also like a couple hours to myself of an evening.
