We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

Take this quiz to find out what type of sleeper you are. Are you the duvet hogger? The lady of leisure? The insomniac? Or the sleep-like-a-logger? Lady of leisure....I do have a wonderful bed (purple velvet sleigh bed from Dreams!) but never seem to get a full nights sleep in it (kids wake me) or a long enough lie-in on my own without DH snoring next to me!

Mine was an insomniac! Not sure why as i sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow! I am awake very early though

Insomniac - which I didn't need a test to take, my children are both teens and I am still awake at 5.55am after usually seeing around 3am Zzzzz

'Sleep like a logger' which is about right. Normally sleeping 5 mins after my head hits the pillow!

I'm a duvet hogger. Very true. I toss and turn all night to get comfortable. Especially at 7months pregnant!

A duvet hogger, which is not true!! I haven't had a good nights sleep in 15 years since becoming agoraphobic!! I wake often and have really vivid scary dreams most nights.

Ahhhh 'The Insomniac' there's no surprises there - I'm either too busy to sleep, too stressed to sleep or simply too tired to sleep - go figure!! 3 kids (one with special needs and two verging on teenage), a hyperactive puppy dog, a Dad with mixed dementia and a frequently absent husband can do that to a girl!! Sleep is a thing of my dreams!! Grin
