We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

Take this quiz to find out what type of sleeper you are. Are you the duvet hogger? The lady of leisure? The insomniac? Or the sleep-like-a-logger? Whatever you are, take our quiz, and post your results on this thread, and you will be entered into the prize draw for a £300 voucher of your choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

Duvet hugger or was it hogger? I read it as hugger which sounds nicer but strange as that's the last option I would have thought for myself.

Sleep Like a Logger. It's true, I don't have much problem with sleep, but I am terrible at going to bed on time.

ClangerTwanger · 01/04/2018 00:58

Duvet hogger and proud Grin also a space hogger and pillow thief hehehe

Mel0Dram4 · 01/04/2018 01:06

You zonk out as soon as your head hits the pillow (and in front of the television, at the cinema, on the train…) Your days of true sleep indulgence may be long gone (thanks, kids), but you still appreciate every last moment of shut eye you can get.

Yes this is me, I could sleep standing up given half a chance. Am currently breastfeeding and have a three year old who doesn't sleep through, so I miss my sleep filled nights!

solittletime · 01/04/2018 01:07

Insomniac! One of my children has been a terrible sleeper for years. Now even on the rare night they don't wake up I still keep waking expecting them to come in.
I fear I will never sleep well again...Confused

Snog · 01/04/2018 06:16

I’m a zonker!

pifsony · 01/04/2018 14:33

Turns out I'm an insomniac. Definitely don't feel like it, although before having a kid I might have been.

MadCatLadypuss · 01/04/2018 14:42

I am an insomniac according to the quiz. I don't get the quality of sleep I would like.

lljkk · 01/04/2018 14:54

I didn't need to take the quiz to be told I'm an Insomniac.

insancerre · 01/04/2018 15:07

The insomniac
Which is as as far from the truth as its possible to be

Andthatsthat · 01/04/2018 15:12

DextroDependant · 01/04/2018 19:12

Another Insomniac here. I go off ok but wake lots so could be half accurate I guess.

NutCase82 · 01/04/2018 19:25

The lady of leisure and Homer looks a prime example of me in my bed 😁

The insomniac here! That's pretty accurate, as I never feel like I've had enough sleep!

95percentcocoa · 01/04/2018 20:08

Sleep-like-a- logger for me 😄😴

MamaMilkMachine · 01/04/2018 20:12

Insomniac....TRUE unfortunately Hmm

DollyTots · 01/04/2018 20:22

Sleep like a logger

chibsortig · 01/04/2018 21:40

The insomniac Sure, sleep is great, but you can survive without it. You love to be on the go - carpe diem and all that - and found whilst others complained of the perma-exhaustion parenthood created, you slipped right in the the routine of (very) early mornings.

Sounds about right :/
