We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

Lady of Leisure - I do get 8hrs sleep but have to go to bed early to achieve that so disagree with that result.

Very true- always awake at various times through the night.

I get duvet hogger which is absolute rubbish, I'm a proper insomniac due to ill health and medication and struggle with sleeping at the best of tomes. I'd love to lie in and snuggle up in the duvet but not a chance, work, kids, life hasn't given me a lie it for yonks. I'd happily sleep (hibernate for winter) with or without a duvet / bed / pillows if my body or kids would let me!

Technically this is true, it's the actual going to bed bit that I can't do properly. Once I'm in bed I'm out like a light.

Apparently I’m an insomniac. Totally not true - I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat and if not disturbed will sleep for 8-9 hours. Oh and I love an afternoon nap.
