OOOh, indoor sky-diving and x-box games for DS (aged9), and Splashaway Bay and Learn to dance for DD (aged 2). Me and Dh would want to try them all!

queenoftheschoolrun · 25/09/2017 20:45

Swimming and water park get DD's vote!

ShatteredGlass · 25/09/2017 21:29

I’d pick the ice rink and reading in the library.
DH would go for the Ultimate Abyss and indoor sky diving.
(No children)

OrlandaFuriosa · 25/09/2017 23:24

DH, library and swimming.
Me, the above plus dancing plus ice rink plus dodgems
DS, all the sporty ones, all the games ones, swimming and anything to do with water, plus dodgems against me...

OrlandaFuriosa · 25/09/2017 23:24

And cinema for DH and DS.

MC92 · 26/09/2017 00:23

Me and my DP would probably choose the more adventorous activities; for example zip lining, rock climbing, swimming and laser tag etc

Our 2 year old absolutely loves swimming so he would love the splash away, water slides. He would also love the kids club and the dreamswork/cinema.

I can’t wait to take him on a cruise, I’ve been plenty of times but we really need to take him on holiday.

UntilTheCowsComeHome · 26/09/2017 00:44

Oh my lord I never realised there was so much to do on a cruise!

I can only dream of a holiday like that but if I ever come in to money I'll be booking one. It would never have crossed my mind that there would be that much to do for all the family. Sounds great!

Adarajames · 26/09/2017 01:18

Indoor skydiving! All of us who've done it have loved it! Then some soaking in hot water to avoid the aches from the flying, before zip wires and surf simulator! Great fun! Smile

MiddleClassProblem · 26/09/2017 03:34

For myself spa and the escape room! Probably not in that order Grin

DH would probably enjoy a trip to the cinema

DD is almost 3 and a bit of a water baby so the water park and pool would be her happy place.

It would be nice to try new things as a family like the roller disco or dancing or a sport of sorts and a walk around the central gardens.

cwalliss82 · 26/09/2017 05:09

My DCs are still only little so they wouldn't be able to do some of the activities but they love water so would love the water park and they also love to dance to a disco would be ideal (especially if there are some characters there for them to play with - they don't realise that it is just a man in a costume yet).

bababia · 26/09/2017 07:10

I'd enjoy the cinema, DH the rock wall and my 7 month old would be best suited to the kids water park/club!

Elllicam · 26/09/2017 07:33

My 3 would love the water park (4, 3 and 8 months).

insancerre · 26/09/2017 07:38

I would do the escape room with dd 21
Dh would do swimming every day

LateKate · 26/09/2017 10:59

They look amazing- we would definitely do things the children might not get chance to do elsewhere like the indoor skydiving and the ice rink but the xbox games, cinema and disco would be equally popular with my children as they are all treats.

SuzCG · 26/09/2017 12:34

Okay - brilliant list of activities, never knew there was so much to do!

My Hub would definitely choose to do the Indoor Sky Diving - he's been fancying that for ages! Kids are both water mad, especially slides etc - so they'd go for The Perfect Storm Waterslide and Ultimate Abyss Tallest Slide at Sea. I would go for Learn to Dance - something I've always wished I could do. And for fun altogether we'd go on the Zip Wires!

MegBusset · 26/09/2017 14:56

I'd go for swimming and reading in the library.

DH would love the games arcade!

The DSes (8 and 10) would love the arcade, laser tag, and waterpark. And we'd definitely book them into the kids' club for some peace and quiet Wink

AlwaysaLittleBitTired · 26/09/2017 16:42

DC (10 and 8) would love the Waterpark, Indoor Skydiving and the XBox. They would love the freedom to have activities just for them.

DH and I would also love the Skydiving, it would be great to experience this with the children.

kkhimji · 26/09/2017 17:36

mini golf is addictive

KirstyHAKZ · 26/09/2017 18:09

Children's club for sure.... aaaaand relax!!! :)

Dormouse1940 · 26/09/2017 20:41

DS is nearly 3 and LOVES water- so anything in the pool would be a massive hit with him! Also reading in the library; we all enjoy stories together.

I know that family holidays are a magical time, for spending quality time together and making wonderful memories, but if I went on a cruise I would totally be up for leaving DS playing with his dad for a few hours so I could escape to the Spa. Mummy really misses 'alone time'....

Rigbyroo · 26/09/2017 21:01

Dd 5 says she would like the circus school,
Ds 3 chose learn to dance!
I would like reading in the library and dp said rock wall and cinema.

PeteAndManu · 26/09/2017 21:23

DH would love the swimming, indoor sky diving and reading. Most of all he'd like he gym there must be one but I can't see it on the list.

I'd like the indoor sky diving, surf simulator and escape room. I'd make sure the children do the Dreamworks activity so I can go too.

The children would love all of it - each of them would like different things - one Learn to Dance, another the indoor skydiving but I can see them all liking lots especially the water sports, climbing, Dreamworks, slides and zip lines. Hadn't realised there was so much to do

Stephgr8 · 26/09/2017 23:45

My children would definitely pick the kids waterpark and dodgems. My daughter would want to be in the teen disco although she's only 10. I'd be happy just seeing them having a good time.

GiftMeUp · 27/09/2017 04:19

DD (2) would love the water park and the library.
Depending on the difficulty of the dance lessons, that could be fun to try.
DH would be interested in the rock climbing.

AVT5 · 27/09/2017 11:44

my kids love disco roller blading! also something like an escape room would be good!
