I love anything with pine nuts..
Got the voucher, shame I can't use it with lunch menu though.

Mozzarella and tomatoes with basil, drizzled with some really tasty olive oil for me! My Dh and DCs love olives and we'd all devour some antipasti.

Penne pasta with a cheese sauce, parmesan, crusty bread, side salad and a glass of red wine (when not pg!)

Bruschetta & then Spaghetti bolognaise. Gelato is gorgeous for dessert (or anytime actually!).

Went to Bella Italia last year with 3DSs & was the best holiday ever. Wish we were going again this year although hopefully will book for next year. It's a great campsite in a fantastic location & Italy is truly fabulous . Love it!

I don't think could pick any one favourite. We love all Italian food in this house. Even my very picky vegetarian pre-teen!

Lasagne with a Mediterranean style salad for sure.

I love a simple prawn linguine with chilli and garlic

L'Insalata di Riso a lovely rice salad, served with fresh crusty bread.

I tried a new recipe recently - summer lasagne. Peas, lasagne sheets cut into strips, grated courgette and ricotta. Delicious and so quick to make after a busy day out

Pollo Funghi is my favourite

I know it is boring but I love a veggie lasagne and any Italian ice cream.

It has to be a carbonara with garlic bread on the side

I love mushroom risotto!

Tuscan style grilled tuna steaks with salad

my fave italian summer dish has to be the carbonara,, with herbs, bacon and mustard and a side italian salad with mozzarella cheese and vine tomatoes.

I love a nice risotto with asparagus and peas

Panzanella for me too, so delicious and seems to taste slightly different every time depending on the bread or tomatoes used so we never get bored of it.

Cherry tomatoes and basil salad!

Mixed leaf salad, olives, avocado, sundried tomato, mozarella and a light creamy dressing - or balsamic if you're being healthy! Can also add warm chicken

My favourite for the vegetarian barbecue is chargrilled aubergine, red pepper & mozzarella wraps with sundried tomato & chilli pesto

Veggie lasagne is our favourite

I adore Italian pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, cubed cheese, pepperoni, peppers, black olives and a really good Italian salad dressing.

a thin crust pizza, with ricotta cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, lots of summer flavours which suits all of the families taste buds, followed by gelato with diced stawberries and strawberry compote - perfect alfresco dinner x

My favourite is bologniase with a side salad and garlic bread - yum!
