Easter is nearly upon us and to celebrate, the team at Cadbury want to hear what you’re up to! Whether it’s cooking a roast at home, taking part in one of over 250 Cadbury egg hunts at National Trust places around the UK, hosting your own hunt, or going on a trip away, Cadbury would love to hear what it is.

So please share your Easter plans with Cadbury by posting on this thread. Everyone who posts will be entered into a prize draw where one Mumsnetter will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

In addition to this, we’ll be awarding 10 Family Day passes to National Trust places across the UK!

Please note your comments may be included on Cadbury's pages on MN, their social media channels, and possibly elsewhere, so please only post if you're comfortable with this.

Thanks and good luck!

Funkyferret · 05/03/2016 21:54

I'm actually taking a few days off work in the run up to easter to do a mega deep clean and declutter then on the weekend we'll be off out for a picnic, whatever the weather, and off to the local egg hunt that's fundraising for the summer sports programme.

nugget18 · 05/03/2016 21:59

LeeR1985 · 05/03/2016 22:28

I'll be having an easter egg hunt with my daughter then watching some easter movies!

mollyno9 · 05/03/2016 22:32

Every Easter we do lots of easter themed crafts with the children. I get them involved in buying the Easter eggs for the children in the family and a close friend of each of them (Cadburys is always a favourite!). Good Friday me and my little boy (3) have hot cross buns as no one else likes them. Saturday evening we leave a note for the Easter bunny and read about the Easter Story before bed. Easter Sunday the children woke up to lots of eggs (mummy and daddy have 1 each too) and the best part of the day for them is the easter egg hunt! Our traditional Easter Sunday is finished off with a Roast Lamb dinner :)

FVRM · 05/03/2016 22:34

I have 2 children playing in a concert at the Royal Albert Hall! Parents, grandparents, siblings and cousins will be there to hear them. A once-in-a-lifetime event.

grannybiker · 05/03/2016 22:52

On Easter Saturday our daughter and our adored and much missed grand-children arrive back from SIL's posting to Cyprus. SO EXCITED! Been ill most of this last year and my oncologist wouldn't allow me out of the UK, so all our plans for lots of sunshine holidays have gone down the pan :(.
Another joy will be that our adoptive hound will finally be well enough to move here. (He's had to heal from a broken leg after he was thrown from a moving car :O)
Onwards & upwards with lots to look forward to :)

Rachdayan · 05/03/2016 22:58

Will be having some well deserved time off from work, a long weekend in Barcelona with the husband will surely help us to remember what the sun feels like on our face, and then cooking a roast lamb Easter Sunday dinner for the family. Hopefully some warmer days in the park feeding the ducks and a film or two.

lhlee62 · 05/03/2016 23:00

It is my daughter's birthday so we will be having her birthday party and maybe we will go away for a few days

andreaca · 05/03/2016 23:02

I`ll be off caravanning with my family to Scarborough for a few days, but I will remember to take my easter eggs.

headsy12 · 05/03/2016 23:03

We are having a party to celebrate the birth of our first grandchild.

glennamy · 06/03/2016 00:48

We will be having some family & friends over and we are doing a Easter egg hunt

peanutmum111 · 06/03/2016 01:30

We will be enjoying 'good weather' hopefully, lots of walking, crafts for Easter. It is good to show the children, activities for Easter and not just having Easter eggs .... even though the chocolate is 'yummy'

Daphne01 · 06/03/2016 02:21

We'll see nephews and nieces to give them their eggs but apart from the everything will carry on as normal

pockledigg · 06/03/2016 04:25

Tidying up the garden then putting my feet up and eating my own weight in chocolate!

tiameg · 06/03/2016 06:20

We having an alternative aster this year - we're packing furiuosly as we're moving home! Bet we still manage to add some chocolate in there somewhere though :)

AnimalAddict · 06/03/2016 06:39

Going to see family for a lovely meal :)

inspiron42 · 06/03/2016 07:46

Days out probably, as we cannot afford to go away.
