Both my children's was Alibali Alibali bee it's an old Scottish children's song, my Mum use to sing it to my brother and I and I sang it to my children, always calmed them down when they were crying!

My baby s favourite was 'Lollipop, lollipop' by the beegees.

My son loved the hokey cokey always guaranteed to get him on his feet and always a favourite at the end of every playgroup session we went too.

When my daughter was 2 the "We No Speak Americano" song by Australian band Yolanda Be Cool was big and was used a lot on the tv in adverts and as backing music for things. At first she used to just bop along but it soon turned into a full on dance with lots of wiggles and bottom shaking. She still loves the song at 6 year old and calls it her special song. If anyone is upset or feeling down she asks us to put it on and gets them dancing along with her in hope to cheer them up!
