We’ve been asked by Pampers to find out which songs get your babies grooving.

Pampers says, "Here at Pampers we know that babies love to get their groove on without a saggy nappy getting in the way. That’s why NEW Pampers Active Fit have Magical Pods, absorbent channels that help to distribute wetness evenly, so they don’t sag and stay up to 2 times drier than the next leading brand. We’d love to hear what song gets your baby moving – let us know by commenting on the thread below. Plus you can try new Pampers Active Fit for free here.

So, do you have a traditional lullaby that your baby loves? Maybe your toddler loves to boogie to the radio, or do you and your DCs even make up your own songs? Perhaps there’s a song that gets everybody moving in your family and you can never get out of your head!

Pampers would also love to hear about the stories behind the song, for example, what made them meaningful in your family, and why you think your baby loves a particular song?

Share the songs that get your babies grooving on this thread, whether they are nursery rhymes, top ten hits or theme tunes from their favourite shows!

Everyone who posts on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 Love2Shop voucher!

Thanks and good luck,

Has been the same song for generations in my family. 'Daisy, Daisy'. My mum sang it to me and i have sung it to each of my children to soothe them.

Funnily my DS (3yrs) loves "All About the Bass" Meghan Trainor! He does however randomly love me singing "Little Donkey" (not just at Christmas!)

My youngest loved twinkle twinkle little star at bedtime :-)

Dingle dangle scarecrow was such a fave for my dd, she would do the actions before she could even stand up by holding onto the side of my bed! So cute.

Both of mine love 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow' - I used to sing it to them when I was snuggling them down to sleep. When they were toddlers it was 'Wheels on the Bus' and 'Happy if You Know It'. My son sings along to everything we hear on the radio these days and my daughter is mad into Taylor Swift & Little Mix.

Loved the movie 'The Five Pennies' as a child. When I had my own children I used to sing the Good Night, Sleep Tight medley to them to get them to sleep (3 songs-Good Night, Sleep Tight / Lullaby in Ragtime /The Five Pennies). I have 4 children. My oldest is now 9 and this is still the only song that will soothe all 4 of them when they are upset. The only difference now is that they can sing it back. We pick a song and sing a duet......great fun!

My other favourite song is "following the Leader" from Peter Pan. This is a fun way to get your kids to move and do the things that you want them too! They can be very stubborn otherwise ;-)

My four year old loves listening to my husbands music collection and sings along to Neil Young tracks. My 2 year old loves the 'take a bath' Nursery rhyme song and my 8 month old loves jig along to the Hey Duggee...in fact we all love that!

DS, now 12, used to really love Walk Away by Franz Ferdinand when he was a littl'un. He had GREAT taste. Has sadly gone downhill since then and now he likes the Bieber Shock

Fiona's a little star by me.

I have a little song that I made up for my daughter when she was a baby as a lullaby when she was a new borne. She is 4 now and still finds it comforting. I also have a new variation for my 11 month old boy called Henry's a little star that I sang for him from birth. He smiles when I sing it to him.

The song is variations of 'Henry's a little star, Henry's a little star, dady loves you cause your a little star.

Sung as a lullaby with genuine love in tone it does the job.
