To celebrate the re-launch of the Bassetts Vitamins range for all the family, they'd like to hear all about the things you like to do to have fun as a family.

Do check out our the video one of our bloggers made for them

Bassetts Vitamins say "we think family life is all about big puddles, big mud, big adventures, big tree-houses, big imaginations, big games, big days out, big messes, big noises and big fun - now we'd love to hear what fun times you and your family get up to which help you bond".

As the range includes vitamin products for all ages from 6 months, they'd love to hear from you, whatever age your DC are - whether they are teens or toddlers - what do you do to have fun as a family?

Add your comment to the thread and you'll be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for John Lewis.

Thanks and good luck.

We enjoy walking round the countryside locally. The woods are so colourful with leaves falling at this time of year, and we all love scrunching through them as they lie on the ground.

Great to walk along the banks of the canals as well, and watch the houseboats slowly sail past. Gives children a sense of their heritage, and it's great knowing that we don't have to spend much money to enjoy ourselves.

we love to make food animals....every evening after our meal we add our leftovers (hopefully not many) to one plate and we see what animal we can make...last night we managed to make a pea dinosaur...he had amazing brocolli shaped claws

clarem100 · 20/10/2015 13:44

we like walking along the beach and throwing pebbles in the sea

devito92 · 20/10/2015 13:58

We like to go to the Chill Factore and do some skiing or even just throwing snowballs

beckyinman · 20/10/2015 14:00

Making pizzas - it quite often looks like a massacre afterwards with tomato sauce everywhere but we love cooking together

yatota74 · 20/10/2015 14:06

We like going out for long walks and bike rides, depending on the weather we might take a picnic with us or stop for hot chocolates. In winter we often have a movie sunday with popcorn and other treats.

bla4bla · 20/10/2015 14:06

I love to bake and decorate our cakes and biscuits, then we take one each to enjoy at the beach or swing park. Lovely fun!

BellaWella86 · 20/10/2015 14:10

Simple things like wrapping up in the cold weather and going to the park together, then coming home and watching a film on the sofa. Making the most of those weekends where we can all be together without school or work.

MakeTeaNotWar · 20/10/2015 14:12

We love to watch movies snuggled under duvets with a big bowl of popcorn. Or explore in the garden. Or bake. Or have a bath with lots of bubbles. Or dance around the kitchen - all the small simple things

Maclairey · 20/10/2015 14:15

We have an annual membership to the local zoo and we love going there as often as possible. My 2.5 year old is getting really good at naming all the animals.

We also love going for long walks and doing lots of singing and silly dancing.

ashde · 20/10/2015 14:20

We like to go to the park to play outdoor games - great exercise and lots of fun for everyone.

Quills · 20/10/2015 14:29

We have two DDs (aged 6 and 1). Sometimes it's hard to find something both of them will equally enjoy, but it's the simplest things that are most popular with them - nature walks, splashing in puddles, painting, or baking cakes. And if all else fails, a trip to the local park to go on the swings is always a winner!

prwilson · 20/10/2015 14:40

We all like going to visit the relatives; aunts, uncles, cousins. Playing board games is always a favourite when it's cold and wet.

kpdchudleigh · 20/10/2015 14:44

We're lucky to be near the coast so a good 'Beach Olympics' session is always fun involving running, jumping, throwing and whatever else you can make up.

On rainy days it's good to have a dance off for half an hour to use up some energy indoors.

amusedchrissy · 20/10/2015 15:04

Walks in our local park to feed the swans and geese!

hannonle · 20/10/2015 15:24

Mid and little have been bonding a lot lately whilst playing with play doh.

Also, the beach and the zoo are regular activities for us.

shivbrown · 20/10/2015 16:23

We always prepare and cook meals with the children, They love it and do arts and crafts. We always find things to do that don’t cost money like building dens in the woods etc my boys love it x

TheWoodenSpoonOfMischief · 20/10/2015 16:49

We love going out and about. The kids love spending time with their cousins. We often get together and go to parks, fly kites and have days out.

JoJoY · 20/10/2015 17:19

We have dance parties in our lounge!

sweetsomethings · 20/10/2015 18:00

spottypjs · 20/10/2015 18:00

We like to go for walks together down on the beach with the dogs

chrin · 20/10/2015 18:04

we do arty crafty stuff, take bike rides, play football, go to the park and the skate park, go swimming, play crazy golf, gop for long walks.

robinson131 · 20/10/2015 18:20

We love going for long walks in a nearby wood.

HelenSw4les · 20/10/2015 18:28

We are lucky enough to not live far from the beach (about 8 miles) so we spend many a happy day there, whatever the weather. Having fun does not mean having to spend £££ either, we enjoy visits to our local park which are excellent in this area and so improved since I was a child, also feeding the ducks, collecting leaves at this time of year to make collages at home etc.

kittykomp · 20/10/2015 18:34

trips to the cinema
