The British Red Cross would like Mumsnetters to use our baby rapper name formula to come up with your child’s rapper name.

Here’s what the British Red Cross say, “Our rapping toddlers show everyone how simple first aid is and encourage parents to get their first aid ‘rapped up’ by downloading our free baby and child first aid app. Now you can find your child’s rap name and win a great prize.”

Now follow the formula below to figure out your DC’s rapper name….
Your DC’s rapper name = Use your child’s first initial to decipher the first word using our alphabet below + your favourite biscuit*

*If your favourite biscuit consists of 2+ words, just use the last word (e.g. Chocolate Digestive = Digestive)

A = Ace
B = Baby
C = Cool
D = DJ
E = Easy
F = Fresh
G = Gangsta
H = Hard
I = Ice
J = Joker
K = King
L = Lil
M = MC
N = Norty
O = Original
P = Prince/Princess
Q = Queen
R = Rich
S = Serious
T = Trouble
U = Underground
V = Vicious
W = Wicked
X = ‘X’
Y = Young
Z = Zero

Post below with your child’s rapper name and be in with a chance to win a £300 John Lewis voucher!

Keeping in line with the theme we’d also love to hear a story of when your DC was particularly badass. Maybe they gave someone a piece of their mind exactly when they needed to be put in their place, or perhaps they gave you a hard core rendition of a song they had learnt at school? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear about it!

Thanks
MNHQ

I love this! Using my daughter's favourite biscuits they would be Easy Hobnob and Trouble Cream! Which actually somehow sums them up perfectly?!

Lil Lu, MC Lu & Fresh Lu for my three! My Eldest (5) got pretty bad ass in the Supermarket when a grade A nob engrossed on his mobile, knocked her 3 year old sister over! Before I could react..she ran over to him, shouting 'Excuse me , you on the phone..you have just hurt my little sister, did you not see?!' And demanded he apologise to her...he was mortified confronted by this angry child, crying toddler & me looking pretty pissed off! He said sorry quietly..'Pft! that's not good enough..maybe you ought to look where you are going! She said, then turned around and announced to me and the other shoppers in the aisle 'what an imbecile..what is it with people and their phones!!' Later the same man came up to us apologising profusely with sweets and a toy for my little girl who now had an egg like bump on her head..so my eldests badassness paid off!

Rather fitting for the little boy who shouts at all unhelmeted cyclists that they should be wearing a helmet. He gave a poor old chap a right dressing down at a pedestrian crossing once. I've seen this man around on his bike since - wearing a helmet!

Ace Wafer

She may look lightweight and pink, but she's hardcore. Anything her brother can do, so can she. What's another 3 years when you're three? Her brother (6) and dad race for our local cycling club. She's too young for the kids' training sessions, much to her chagrin. She's spent a lot of her Sundays watching bike races. A few weeks ago she was with her dad as he was signing himself and ds on for a race, and asked if she could enter too. Bit of discussion amongst the organisers, who decided she could as long as she could ride by herself with no stabilisers. She can, so she got a race number and lined up with her brother in the U8s with her tiny wheels. I have never seen a cyclist race as hard as she did, Chris Froome has nothing on her - she got a bronze medal!

Princess Jaffa/ Princess Cake

Princess Cake sounds like something from my mums 1980s Cadbury cookbook so we'll go with Princess Jaffa.
