Netflix would like to know what your favourite Netflix TV show is and why.

With so many great series available to choose from on Netflix, fans often find it’s hard to pick a favourite. From hit US dramas like The Good Wife, to hilarious comedies such as Fresh Meat and Suits, and cult shows like Sons of Anarchy, they feel sure there's something for everyone to discover and enjoy.

Members also have exclusive access to Netflix’s original series, including the fourth and final season of the dark detective drama The Killing, as well as Lilyhammer, a fish-out-water tale about a New York mobster living in Norway.

So, what is your favourite TV Show to watch on Netflix? Do the endless twists and turns of Homeland keep you on the edge of your seat? Do you scare yourself silly with the supernatural thriller American Horror Story? Maybe you like to put your analytical skills to the test with quirky hospital drama House? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear about it - and why you keep going back for more!

Check out the Netflix hub on Mumsnet to find out what TV series are currently available and coming up on Netflix.

Everyone who leaves their comment on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck,

TheScottishPlay · 10/11/2014 18:48

Friday Night Dinner. Absolutely love it. As does DS.

Tinkerisdead · 10/11/2014 18:50

We've only had Netflix fir around sux weeks and we're watching Breaking Bad at every opportunity! Fantastic!!!
But my kids are killing me with the songs of LazyTown becoming the soundtrack of our daily lives!!

TeenageMutantNinjaTurtle · 10/11/2014 18:52

House of Cards. It's epic tv. So smart and intriguing and the characters are complex and engaging. It's genuinely gripping, and the acting/direction is spot on.

I loved the original bbc series and was worried about a remake but they've done a superb job.

YourKidsYourRulesHunXxx · 10/11/2014 18:54

I'm loving It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia at the moment. I just got into it

JoanCallamezzo · 10/11/2014 18:55

Breaking Bad has ruined television for me. I don't think there can ever be another programme as brilliantly paced, written and acted.

Orange is the New Black is great too although I felt it got a little soapy in series 2 - and I think part of why I loved BB so much was the fact that it had such a satisfying conclusion - so maybe I can only watch series that have finished now?

mummyofcutetwo · 10/11/2014 19:29

I was addicted to Homelands from the first episode I watched, less than a week ago. I'm having to restrict myself to a maximum of two episodes a night!

dragonflyinthelillies · 10/11/2014 19:39

Breaking bad of course!

Really enjoyed orphan Black and top of the lake as well

Would like to see more bbc dramas

fitflopqueen · 10/11/2014 20:01

The Killing (us version) is my current fix.
Orange is the new Black and House of Cards are my other top favs.
Breaking Bad is husband and son'smost talked about series.

rollmeover · 10/11/2014 21:20

I was delighted when Homeland was added as we were a season behind. All nicely back up to date!

Loved Orange is the new black, prisonbreak and about to start eithe pr House of Cards or the Killing.

unadulterateddad · 10/11/2014 22:35

House of cards with Kevin Spacey - almost as good as the original

NoNoNoooooo · 10/11/2014 22:37

Lilyhammer! I love it. I loved the Sopranos so thought I'd give it a chance, it's dark and funny so something for me and my DH.

NakedFamilyFightClub · 10/11/2014 22:38

White Collar - I love it. You're always on the edge of your seat wondering how they'll manage to get away with it this time, it's genius.

idleweiss · 10/11/2014 22:41

Loving a bit of Alan Partridge...Aha!!!

k8vincent · 11/11/2014 10:27

So many to choose from. We were recently gripped by Homeland season 3. My favourite was Grimm though. I did a lot of sewing earlier this year and watch all the series on Netflix - sometimes 3 in a night. I really did have better things to do, but I couldn't stop myself! My DH was very glad when I got to the last one as I actually spoke to him again.

healingmachine · 11/11/2014 11:26

The Almighty Johnsons is an amazing series. I wish they had made more!

CaraMcK · 11/11/2014 11:31

I love The Good Wife, so I'd be re-watching that, but I'd love to see Orphan Black for the first time, hmm, and maybe watch more Orange is the New Black too! Orphan Black is a great idea for a series, and sounds really interesting.

smithzoejade · 11/11/2014 11:45

Orange is the new black! I'm absolutely hooked. Love it xxx

sandrabald · 11/11/2014 11:52

Dexter

lucyanntrevelyan · 11/11/2014 11:58

Friday Night Dinner
Missed this completely when it was on TV but DH found the old series on Netflix and I have found them hilarious - possibly because each of the characters is a caricature of someone in our family. Very little TV makes me laugh out loud and this is a welcome break from some of the miserable stuff we watch the rest of the time.

TiredNow · 11/11/2014 12:10

Just for me - Numbers (loooove it!) and OITNB
For watching with DP - Whitechapel and Silk
DS1 loves - Team Umizoomi!

madhairday · 11/11/2014 12:22

Love Breaking Bad.

Also been watching and enjoying:
Homeland
Orphan Black
Person of Interest
The Good wife
House of Cards (when is season 3 out?) :)

Twotinygirls · 11/11/2014 12:27

I have 3. I loved orange is the new black. It was hilarious and warm, and saucy!! Wink and also the returned was fantastic, excellent story, really good and creepy. But probably my favourite of favourites is breaking bad, still got two seasons to go and I'm hooked. It's also the only one my husband will watch so it's nice time together snuggling up.

Twotinygirls · 11/11/2014 12:28

Oh and my girls have discovered Mia and me which is very sweet.

merrymouse · 11/11/2014 12:33

Loved Modern Family - when is it coming back on Netflix?

Now watching Goodwife, will watch House of Cards next.

Will definitely watch Series of Unfortunate Events.
