Netflix would like to know what your favourite Netflix TV show is and why.

With so many great series available to choose from on Netflix, fans often find it’s hard to pick a favourite. From hit US dramas like The Good Wife, to hilarious comedies such as Fresh Meat and Suits, and cult shows like Sons of Anarchy, they feel sure there's something for everyone to discover and enjoy.

Members also have exclusive access to Netflix’s original series, including the fourth and final season of the dark detective drama The Killing, as well as Lilyhammer, a fish-out-water tale about a New York mobster living in Norway.

So, what is your favourite TV Show to watch on Netflix? Do the endless twists and turns of Homeland keep you on the edge of your seat? Do you scare yourself silly with the supernatural thriller American Horror Story? Maybe you like to put your analytical skills to the test with quirky hospital drama House? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear about it - and why you keep going back for more!

Check out the Netflix hub on Mumsnet to find out what TV series are currently available and coming up on Netflix.

Everyone who leaves their comment on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck,

MNHQ

Orange is the New Black! I loved the first two series, can't wait for series 3, the subscription fee is worth it for that alone!
DS 3.5 would vote for Bubble Guppies!

Flossiecrossie · 11/11/2014 12:55

I've been gripped by the dark Danish thriller, The Killing.

Vunderbaard · 11/11/2014 13:05

The Bridge! I was rather excited when season 2 came out on Netflix recently Grin

One day in January.. I was browsing Netflix and I noticed White Collar. Thought I would give it a try and was captivated by Matt Bomer and the bromance in the show.
Since then I have seen the first 4 seasons about 4 times on Netflix lol
The DC love watching Mia and Me

wavesandsmiles · 11/11/2014 13:31

I'm revisiting my younger self and loving watching Buffy!

deraila · 11/11/2014 13:48

DH loves Orange is the new black and we both were addicted to Nurse Jackie - Im waiting for the next few series to be available.

DC1 loves all the Thomas the tank engine programmes and films.

c00k1e · 11/11/2014 13:54

Suits has to be my thing. Really enjoyed watching it on netflix. Watching Orange is the new Black at the moment - its good but prefered suits.

deraila · 11/11/2014 14:00

Oh sorry, why? I loved nurse Jackie - The main character Jackie, so complex and unexpected facets to her personality. I loved the twists and turns with her and Kevin. I loved the it when all saints was bought by a corporation as the new director and Jackie plot was amazing. I thought the junior nurse who wore the "kids" scrubs was very entertaining too. Just so much i love about it. Took a couple of episodes to like it but by the end of series one, i was hooked.

Breaking Bad, brilliantly grotesque!

NannyPlumIsMyIdol · 11/11/2014 15:04

DH and I are loving Breaking Bad, we've been having marathons watching them when he's home at the weekends Smile

Great storylines, acting, production etc

We're currently debating which show to watch next, enjoying reading this thread for recommendations!

ButtfaceMiscreant · 11/11/2014 15:09

I've been watching The Tudors from the beginning - beautiful costumes and men mmmm Henry Cavill

Not sure what to watch next; I fear it may be DH's turn to choose!

rutituti · 11/11/2014 15:26

kimb0 · 11/11/2014 16:24

Orange is the New Black, no question!

chubbymummy · 11/11/2014 16:28

Suits. I'm gutted that we've watched all of the episodes now though! I miss my regular dose of Harvey and Mike Sad

Cosmos58 · 11/11/2014 16:30

OhForFoxSakeYourPullingMyChain · 11/11/2014 16:36

Breaking Bad, totally didn't fancy it, utterly addicted, we watched all the way to 2011 in about 4 weeks lol, bedtime programme of choice!

YO!, lol...

Supermam · 11/11/2014 18:13

I missed The Office (UK) first time around and I've been working my way through the series on Netflix. Also decided to watch Gavin & Stacey again - aaaahhhhh. Have introduced my son to Fawlty Towers - he loves it!

PulpsNotFiction · 11/11/2014 19:24

Inspired by this thread I started watching Suits last night, which continued into the early hours, easy watching, bit predictable but thoroughly enjoyable. Loved breaking bad & Orange is the new black.
Love the fact I can start watching on TV then continue watching all cosy in bed from where I left off although maybe a 2am finish when I have to be at work isn't such a good idea!

SaltySeaBird · 11/11/2014 19:55

Hmm hard to choose between Dexter and Breaking Bad - both are excellent and are best watched in several long binge sittings rather than week by week!

Tommy · 11/11/2014 20:27

someone recommended The Good Wife to me recently when I was ill. I started watching it and really enjoy it. Love the way you can just watch one episode every few days (when I have time!)
also love British comedies Grin

popmoc · 11/11/2014 20:42

Life on Mars

Nhill28 · 11/11/2014 20:57

The killing (US), house of cards, lilyhammer, Roswell, californication, gossip girl & American horror story

ElphabaTheGreen · 11/11/2014 21:25

Orange is the New Black and Breaking Bad. For mental bubble gum, Ru Paul's Drag Race had me laughing through my final month of pregnancy and early weeks of cluster feeding with DS2.
