Netflix would like to know what your favourite Netflix TV show is and why.

With so many great series available to choose from on Netflix, fans often find it’s hard to pick a favourite. From hit US dramas like The Good Wife, to hilarious comedies such as Fresh Meat and Suits, and cult shows like Sons of Anarchy, they feel sure there's something for everyone to discover and enjoy.

Members also have exclusive access to Netflix’s original series, including the fourth and final season of the dark detective drama The Killing, as well as Lilyhammer, a fish-out-water tale about a New York mobster living in Norway.

So, what is your favourite TV Show to watch on Netflix? Do the endless twists and turns of Homeland keep you on the edge of your seat? Do you scare yourself silly with the supernatural thriller American Horror Story? Maybe you like to put your analytical skills to the test with quirky hospital drama House? Whatever it is, we’d love to hear about it - and why you keep going back for more!

Check out the Netflix hub on Mumsnet to find out what TV series are currently available and coming up on Netflix.

Everyone who leaves their comment on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck,

MNHQ

weirdly I am currently into The Good Witch, which are very light hearted and nothing ever bad happens which is lovely to watch.

Buffy. Loved it back in the day, and could happily re watch it over and over.
DH is currently watching the US Office back to back - it's growing on me!

Orange is the new black.

Because it's exciting, funny and the characters are really well written. They've all got depth!

Can't wait for the next series! :)

Suits without a doubt, intelligent, witty writing, can't wait for series 3! :)

honeysucklejasmine · 24/11/2014 22:53

House of Cards... Sublime! Can't believe Spacey missed out on awards for it.

CarolineKnappShappey · 24/11/2014 22:56

The Bridge. Amazing

Clueing4looks · 24/11/2014 22:57

We're rewatching Doctor Who from the 2005 series onwards. My kids are fascinated with it and we watch one a day, not that I'm complaining as I'm a bit of a Whovian myself!

del2929 · 25/11/2014 11:37

ok... i love the old school stuff... my fave thing at moment is rugrats on netflix!!!

Bradley302 · 25/11/2014 14:20

Addicted to breaking bad

TtipParty · 25/11/2014 22:43

Orange is the new black. For me this show has redefined what we mean by female characters. Finally a show which shows women are every bit as diverse, complex and interesting as men! About bloody time too!

stephgr · 26/11/2014 02:16

Fresh Meat!

lionheart · 26/11/2014 11:37

Hard to call this one: Breaking Bad and Orange is the New Black.

If forced to decide, I would choose the former.

t1zzy · 26/11/2014 14:17

Orange is the new black ?? hot me through the long sleepless nights of tonsillectomy recovery ?? thank goodness for Netflix !

Blessedandgrateful · 26/11/2014 23:47

I absolutely The Killing !
The acting is fabulous and the storyline is so mysterious and enthralling .

Pandabee11 · 27/11/2014 00:08

lillyhammer, he just wades in, then works out how to deal with the problem. I also love all that nordic culture.

redoctober · 27/11/2014 09:01

Friday evening is Netflix night in our house. We are watching so many great Series just now.

My favourite has got to be Lilyhammer. Very funny! And the new season has just started, Grin.

oolaroola · 27/11/2014 09:50

We're quite new to netflix but have absolutely loved Breaking Bad. Was hooked from the off and the characters were so fantastic. My only criticism being that the female characters irked me and weren't strong/special enough.

Have also recently been watching sons of anarchy. Hated it to start with as i didn't care about any of the chatacters as apart from Jemma they all seemed despicable. Really enjoyed how this has twisted and turned around.

Loved Orange is the new Black, just brilliant.

isitsnowingyet · 27/11/2014 10:15

Breaking Bad - Absolutely the best telly ever - not for the faint-hearted or the under 18s though!

MichelleMumsnet · 27/11/2014 16:09

Arrested Development was the reason we got Netflix.

Then we moved on to Breaking Bad, then House of Cards,Then Lillyhammer.

Now we're on 24. Love them all to be able to choose 1!!!

charlJ · 27/11/2014 21:29

Absolutely love Breaking Bad, I.binge watched the first 4 seasons on Netflix then watched the last 'live ' on there. Really loving Californication at the moment.

pmcp15 · 28/11/2014 02:14

Homeland have finally started watching it cos I think my sister would have stopped talking to me if I didn't and I couldn't risk not talking to my niece and nephew lol (hope she wouldn't have been that cruel lol )

Miriama · 28/11/2014 05:32

Love orange is the new black, so refreshing to see a drama with complex female characters. The good wife also great, amd of course the wire.
