Mmmm, I think you need to attend a parenting course as you are obviously experiencing coping difficulties in spite of the fact that there is actually nothing wrong with your LA.

In fact, I believe that you are suffering from munchausans by proxy and in need of immediate hospitalisation.

and please don't deride my nvq level 1, I worked hard for that thank you very much!

Yes, I've been told that the inability to get a straight answer is MY FAULT. Perhaps you're right.

I've also been told that I have issues with trust.

I couldn't possibly confirm confirm that your child is severely disabled.

I would need to refer your LA to a HV, who will refer on to a Paed, who will refer on to CAMHS, who will refer on to a SALT, who will refer to an OT, who will refer on to a multi-dsciplinary diagnostic team, who will then refer you and your LA back to me (in approximately two and a half years time) and only then will I be in a position to tell you what I think. Which will probably be what you have just said.

The above encapsulates the whole sorry system. If you havent been through it, you wouldnt believe it. Perhaps it would help "professionals" to see that paragraph in training manuals. Naaah!!
