Called this morning 30 weeks still waiting is there anyway I can complain does anyone know the procedure. Or have a email I can complain to

So decision was made on my MR today. But they won't tell me over the phone 😡 I'm calling back on option 5 🤣

Have you rang them today I only called up to double check they had received my additional evidence and she told me it’s already with a decision maker so have no idea how long I’ll be waiting for now

I’m not sure how to complain other than asking for a manger to call you? It’s taking forever isn’t it, I called yesterday and they said it should be soon but they are working on the end of March still, pretty sure all the March dates have been done. There is another person that is 31 weeks tomorrow for COC so hopefully when they receive their decision we should know when we are likely to get ours.

I’m assuming you will definitely hear something within the next week not seen anyone go beyond 31 weeks without a decision hopefully fingers crossed

The lady was so rude she said it’s pending I said I’ve never been told that before what doesn’t that mean she said it’s pending. I said can you elaborate a bit more still pending so I asked does that mean waiting to be looked at she said yes very blunt I had to get off the phone I’m never rude always so polite and some just have such bad attitude. Hopefully we will hear by end of this month. I’ve sent my renewal too as out of the 4 people 4 said wait one said send but it’s getting closer so I thought better get that in before it runs out too. Such conflicting information it’s irritating. Sorry for that rant 🤣

Yeah i rang yesterday still not with a dm. So no idea how long im going to be waiting. Hopefully you should hear soon!

When does your renewal run out? I would think we will hear something by 31 weeks I’m guessing it’s gone up by a week from the half term, it’s just such a long wait isn’t it 😞

Although when I was on the phone we apparently wasn't on the mail system to be notified, how that happens i have no idea!

I would definitely use the link especially if you’ve been asking for help and not getting anywhere. Ensure to add in how you feel eg lack of response and help. Let me know how you get on. It shouldn’t take more than 4 weeks for the day you made the change. Good luck!

Not until jan but I would have sent it ages ago but I was told not too but all done they haven’t received it which gives me more anxiety but what will be will be x

Hey everyone!!!

Silent watcher here.. but these posts have been so helpful whilst on our MR wait. Week 28 for us and got a call from a dm yesterday to ask a few questions as she was aware that it had been a year since our claim first started. She was lovely and said I would receive a decision in the post by end of next week. So spent the last 24 hours worrying.

Then this afternoon I get a phone call.. same lovely dm. Asked if I was ok and I said I was nervous but ready to keep fighting if needed.. she laughed and said nothing to worry about and that my daughter has been granted dla at lrm and hrc and that they are backdating to November 2024!

I'm so shocked but happy! Never give up fighting! I literally sent in a sleep diary, all letters etc haha she must have had enough by the end bless her!!!

So happy! Is it 3-5 working days from now that I should expect the backdated money?

Sometimes it takes a while for it to show on their system to say they have received it, I wouldn’t worry to much, hopefully it won’t be needed and you get the right decision with your COC, I’m hoping they extend and change my daughters award or I will be putting in a MR and also have a renewal to do next month, it’s so much waiting all the time I wish they gave longer awards

Hi my child.got renewal for the same rate do I have to let universal credit know as it's the same

Whats the time frame for new scans currently?
no txt but tracked forms and signed for 29/10
neonatal baby sent home on oxygen needing it day and night so unsure what rate that is x
