Surely yours has got to be with a DM, I just think they don’t like saying anything until a decision has been made to stop us calling lol which then makes us call even more. Good luck it has got to be any day surely 🤞

I would say your back pay would be 13th if you was awarded today, unless you bank with Monzo and you can claim it a day earlier.

Hi! I’m 13th Feb for MR. I’ve seen a few on the face book groups I am on. One thing I have noticed is how much quicker new claims are taking on average at the moment. I keep seeing people awarded after a 13-15 week wait which is great as when I applied it was 18-20 week wait!

My youngest was awarded 2 months ago and id rang up and was told over the phone so I messaged uc and they sorted it same day! I got the back dated dla and backdated uc on the same day, must of been a record time for them haha

I was thinking this when I rang this morning she said "a decision hasn't been made yet but I cant imagine it being much longer" which makes me think is it actually with a DM and they just wont tell you anymore 😂hopefully it does lol I did ask her if it was with a case worker and she said not yet I dont know im sick of waiting now, I get the feeling its going to be another decline aswell

Everybody is mentioning text messages. Does everybody receive a text message? I’ve never received one. Only ever received 2 letters. One to say they received my claim and another telling me that there’s been a delay? X

Hi I called back and they told me DS will carry on getting HRC but was awarded LRM. Im.not happy with the LRM decision and thinking of going to tribunal. Has anyone ever done this before. As I strongly believe he should be getting what he deserves.

No, not everyone does. I received 1 text with my son to say they received the form and that was it. With my daughter i received zero correspondence from them

There is a lot of words in that conversation that suggests it is with a DM but they don’t want to tell you it is so you won’t call. Good luck to you, hopefully you get the award you was hoping for and then all this waiting will be worth it
