Yes on the 4th July they wanted proof of my identity marriage certificate tenancy agreement a bill lol I phoned week later all recieved now just bloody waiting phoned yesterday was told its now with dm apparently it was with dm 4th July she said give it 10 days lol we shall see

Yes thats correct you still have to do your renwal at the given date, it doesnt change because you've put in a coc

However if the coc is done before the renewal theyll disregard that, and the coc will usually count as the renewal

Weve just received our updated therapy report today, frustrated as it states in every page the report must not be shared without the therapists consent. Guessing I'm now going to have to go back to children's therapy to get consent to use this for evidence for our change of circumstances!

Hi, I also got a backdated payment for my DD. when I called yesterday they said it was with a DM so I was surprised when I saw the pending payment on my account this morning. Happy that my daughter was awarded. Hoping that you'll be next soon 🙏 NC SD 6/3

no. I just checked my account around 3am and saw the backdated payment so I called them this morning to asked for the details.

I asked them to transfer me to the team that can tell me the decision over the phone. You can also call back and at the third option when it says, ‘press 4 for anything else,’ they’ll be able to tell you over the phone

All our hospital letters say this I still sent them. I've also shared them with the portage team and school/nursery.

I've called and spoken to them on the existing claims line, there's an option for COS or anything else. Said they will send me a form in the post
