Oh bless him. Exactly, it’s based on the needs not on diagnosis and then they will decline based on “no medical evidence” I’m confused. I’m sure you will have a positive outcome by the end of the week🤞.

Ŵ i did my U.C on 23rd june, got reply back from the decision makers about backdating on 28th june stating they will back date it. I am stil waiting for them to verify my child tho :/ Am confused how they can say yes we will back dated it when they havent verified my child yet :/

Exactly!! Being told different things constantly just ringing just bloody praying it's with someone they lack basic empathy and understanding and are in the wrong job x

Dla will rarely ever call who you put down as they expect you to supply all the evidence. I dont even know why they ask for their contact numbers when they never call. Probably just another reason for them to decline and hope people dont contest it

they told me phone back tomorrow

returned birth certificate last week and said claim is being dealt with. Wondering if I should call or not?!

NC 20/03 - rang this morning and it went to DM yesterday - the urge to call on the hour, every hour is intense!!

Coc taking 25/30 weeks is what iv been told today

@Mummyof4children they havent verified my son yet but agreeded to back pay the carers element and the disabled element. I was confused as i thought they would have 2 verify my son 1st. I asked in journal but got ignored hahah

MR 23 weeks tomorrow not sure if I should call for an update seeing as everyone waiting 26 weeks plus

There’s no harm in phoning you might be lucky and get somewhere with new claims being done quicker🤞🏽, I’m looking at November/December for a change of COC SD 06/05 but I call every other Friday to see what they are saying for timing but the last time I called they said they where training people up to help with back log but could possibly be a year before I hear anything but took that with a pinch of salt because it’s been around 28/30 weeks for COC X

its just so off putting calling them to get some rude call handler telling you to not call as it’s a 25 week wait!
I hope these people they are training up read the evidence and forms carefully and not just rush wrong decisions!
another 6 months to wait it’s such a long way away!
