Woke up to £2147 in my bank this morning. The scan date was 10th March and forms were called for on 29th Jan.
So happy for my girlie 🙂 xx

Nc scan date 14/3 just been told with a dm hopefully will get a decision soon

I can see my award payment of £1.944!!!!! Yippeee
They received it on 13/3

Morning. So happy my little boy can now have all the therapies we were scraping pennies together to be able to afford.

I called up on the 4th March
Forms recieved on the 19th and I have a pending payment of £2,200 for tomorrow. Unfortunately I really struggle with numbers so I've no idea how to work out what hes got and not sure how to find out either. But for now I am pleased my little boy can contine to thrive 💙

Popping in to follow the thread. My scan date is the 26th March for a new claim

I have 2 in progress, COC scan date 17/02/25 for my son and then NC for my daughter scan date 23/04/25 got a bit of a wait for both but hopefully not too long.

currently on the hold listening to that lovely waiting music.
hopefully they have my childs bc now and the other things from hospital, God willing.

I'm Dec 23rd rang up 2 days ago still not been allocated to a dm

they have the birth certificate and the other things I sent.

bad news

no one has looked at my claim yet,

so 2 phone handlers have told me it has been looked at in the queue for DM, and 2 different phone handlers have said that it hasnt been looked at, at all.

I don't know what to believe.

Oh just seen your post!! Good news that have it. SD of 01/04 might mean a few more weeks wait unfortunately though

Thank god they have your BC and other important info they do keep saying different things I do think you will hear probably in the next couple of weeks as they seem to be getting through claims quickly now most IV seen are being done within 13 to 15 weeks so I defo think mine and yours will be done mid July fingers crossed 🤞

thanks for your kind reply, I dont know why but this week when I ring and press option 4 on the last menu choice, It cuts off after 25 minutes, so i rang back and pressed 2, the option for if I have been waiting more than 25 weeks. Got through to a young boy who sounded about 13, and he said that it has not been looked at. I told him I have been told by others it has been looked at and then not looked at so you can understand why I am confused. Then there was a good five second pause and I was told it was looked at on the 1st APRIL MY SCAN DATE!!!!

Thats so sweet of you, Im rooting for you also, all the way. I just cannot wait for this to be done and over with

It says when do I want the claim to start? We were awarded yesterday but do I put the date I applied?

Also when did I start providing care? I've always cared for daughter more than 35 hours a week
I'm so confused 😂

This is what I got stuck on so just left it, I’ve always cared for my son for 35+ hours a week so what date do we put in? I’m guessing the award date but not 100% sure also what’s the plus on claiming carers allowance as it gets taken of UC pound for pound 💛

Its confusing isnt it, but Im not on UC so I will benefit from it but I just phoned and spoke to a lady who said put the claim date for both 🤷‍♀️

Me to IV just had and appointment with my youngest sons support worker she's written me a letter to send to add to his claim it's just so exhausting all these filling out forms and then have to turn around and wait months for a decision x
