Sorry this has probably been asked a 100 times but I can't seem to find an answer. What does a holding queue mean, please? I just called to make sure additional reports had been received (only took 15 minutes to get through) and the call handler just said "yes all received and uploaded and you're now in a holding queue"
I should've asked them really but didn't think until I hung the phone up. Scan date 19th March.

Decision maker called asked few questions, told me hes entitled to HRC!!

Decision will be made today for HRM but got to wait for a letter as there currently reviewing it 🙈

Original forms received 26/07/24 declined 09/12/24 MR requested same day. Sent in school care plan, medical records from his continence and stoma nurse and a detailed letter from myself outlining his care needs. Rang yesterday and was told a decision had been made on the 20/06/25 but wouldn't tell me over the phone. Woke up to just over £3400 back pay. Worked it out to MRC no mobility. So happy for my boy, I'm shocked, I really thought he would be declined again.

My sons renewal has come back with same rates HRC LRM scan date was 03/06 received the letter this morning. My NC from 06/03 was awarded yesterday MRC think I’m going to do an MR but dreading it with the waits everyone’s been having 🫣

An update from me everyone. I've just called and a decision was made today

I've just got off the phone, so relieved after 29 weeks, my DC has been awarded HRC and LRM from MRC and LRM, I'm so happy for my child. It's been a very few difficult years

I bank with natwest when does back pay typically hit account she said I have just over 2k being processed

@Betsy93 congratulations on your award. what evidence did you send if you don’t mind me asking? Hoping I’ve got just a few weeks left.

I have no idea, I expect they'll make a decision without the school but if that is the case why not do that In the first place.

I got awarded on a Tuesday and back pay was in my bank account fri morning

Mine was approved the day before yours and mines due to go in tomorrow but I get it from 4pm today as I’m with Monzo so I’d say you’ll most likely have it by Friday xx
