it was also a copy of latest prescription and another hospital letter with the consultant and diagnosis report. Blimey, I thought I had to send it in the envelope that they provided otherwise it would have not been accepted. Good Lord in the heavens above!!

im going to call weds morning and IF I dont hear they have it, then I might just have to order a new one. this is awful.

I dunno how true this is but I rang today to ask for daughters reference but couldn't get it anyway the guy checked my claim and said there is a que system of 8 which gets lower each stage? He said im on 4 and should be stage 1 which is the stage sent to DM in around 6 weeks. Im only 5 weeks since SD today. He said a lot of new claims are being done within the 15 week time frame as little as 11 weeks

Such a pain isn’t it, the post office said it’s tracked all the way and secure so can’t get lost with special delivery , costs nearly £10 so not cheap but at least you get full proof.
wish they just had an email where evidence could be sent across

Just phoned my renewal was due to end 28/6 been told a decision was made yesterday but that the can't tell me over the phone 🙃. So frustrating I hate waiting anyone found out recently over the phone?

Thankyou, they sent mine to decisions maker on Friday by afternoon it was done then got my second letter this morning thought be waiting a while, hopefully yours be done soon think heard normally done in 3 weeks overall mine would be 3 weeks this Thursday, x

Think it's all changed now not allowed to tell you on the 1,5,1,2 only on the 1,5,1,4 has to go to different line l believe, x

He never told me that I could be put through to someone who can just said I'd have to wait for a letter. I'm just praying it's good news 🙏

Wow that was quick! So mine went to a dm on Thursday and if it's 3 weeks overall that take me to Monday I done change of circumstances 2 weeks today so hopefully be done by Monday then! X

Thanks so much for giving me that info its good news for us as he got the same rates Hrc lrm till 2030 which is when he will be 17.
I was really nervous as didn't have much new evidence this time round such a relief.

requested forms 03/03, sent more evidence on 07/06. Not heard anything further so gonna bit the bullet and give them the first ring to see if it’s been scanned onto the claim 😬 Fingers crossed it’s not too long waiting to be answered haha

Only took 15 minutes to answer the call, which is decent to be fair! They said they received it on 11/06 and that it was quite a bit of information. Confirmed GP name and Said it’s going to be about 25 weeks and up to early October. Poor bloke sounded a bit downbeat though, so I didn’t feel comfortable pushing him for further information and in all fairness it’s only been 11 weeks (I say only…. But in comparison to guys who have been waiting since December still it’s only a drop in the ocean!). Going to wait until 15 weeks precisely before I query a time update I reckon 🙂

MR put in 27 weeks ago 17/12/2024 phoned today for a update a decision made yesterday wouldn’t tell me over phone have to wait 10 days for letter still a nervous wreck!

Just had a call from DWP 5.10pm
DM asking questions for night time needs she seemed nice, I'm just hoping I said the right thing. Said I will know in writing but I'm assuming I can just call up.
