Please feel free to add your scan date and whether it's a new claim/mandatory reconsideration/change of circumstances or renewal.
New claims (NC) - people are being told the wait time has increased to 25 weeks! I would say most are done before this though around the 20 week mark?
Mandatory reconsideration (MC) and Change of circumstances (COC) is around 20-25 weeks.
Renewals tend to be between 15-20 weeks.
If you disagree with the outcome of an MR you can appeal and go to court (tribunal)
Scan date is the date DLA scan your application forms on to their system, if you downloaded your application forms then this will be from when your award will be backdated from. If you called up for forms then the date on those is the date yours will be backdated from.
If successful and claiming universal credit (UC) please update them as this will entitle you to disabled child element adding extra to your award.

Referral letters and nursery reports was all I had at the time x

@Kimmum1 if the doctor referred to camhs for assessment and they have contacted her teacher.. Do you have a letter from camhs to state the child has been accepted and is now on the pathway? Also if camhs contacted the teacher I'm assuming the teacher is aware of your child's extra care needs... Does your child have anything in place at school to help with the ADHD?
Because these are two things you could / should have sent with your claim.

1. Camhs acceptance letter
2. Any plans or evidence from teacher / school

@Kimmum1 oh I’m so sorry! I rung earlier and mine is still with a decision maker we have just been given an autism diagnosis and they told me to send it when I receive the breakdown of it. You could do an MR and see if you can get any evidence to send with it. I’m heartbroken for you!

I called today and was told it’s now worth a decision maker. Hopefully our dates will be done soon.

I phoned today SD 26/10 no decision has been made. Still in the queue apparently.

Have any NC November scan dates had their outcomes yet?

@Mumoffourlovelies a few seem to of posted from the 29/10 to the 8/11. Doesn't say if was coc mr or new claims x

Received a text today at 5.40pm saying : We've decided your child qualifies for Disability Living Allowance. You don't need to contact us about this. We'll send you a letter with all you need to know. If you don't get this within 2 weeks please contact us.

I've seen a few round this date so fingers crossed you all hear back over the next few days 💕

Mines 24/10 hoping to hear by the end of the week

they can award for a longer period of time when I did a change of circumstances it was awarded for an additional 2 years but I know some people have been awarded for many years after a COC
