😂😂 I would do the same tbh 😅 I’m waiting to speak to a DM on hold. She said no notes and not assigned and if she is being honest it won’t be this side of Christmas, I said I already know that I want to ask why claims after mine have been done!

Did she say why they are being done before yours? Because no one will answer why that’s the case with mine

Kc1999x · 16/12/2024 09:42

I’m complaining about my date, there’s someone here waiting from 02/07

SKB12 · 16/12/2024 09:43

Kc1999x · 16/12/2024 09:41

I hope it’s a good outcome however you just never know. I’ve got all evidence prepared for tribunal but I really don’t want to do it if I’m honest

I really don’t think you will need to. It’s all on my phone will need to print and go through all emails as far back as primary, i think better to give them more than less. I don’t want to either but may not have a choice and I’m not giving up until we’ve done all we can

Yeah I saw that. She had been missed out completely. I would’ve been ringing twice a day if that was my date hopefully she gets some answers

Yeh I’d be raging at this point

D78 · 16/12/2024 09:52

Not sure I dare ring again. Rang Friday, was told it with a DM. I'm so anxious it's going to be a decline

SKB12 · 16/12/2024 09:53

MR dates being worked on 17/07 well we know @Kc1999x thsts a day earlier than yours so 😂 DMs are going on holiday for Christmas so they may have less DMs. She’s emailed the complaints dept and said there is nothing showing for a call back although I’ve not asked for another as they all play dumb as to why it’s not going in date order. Either way can’t be too far off hoping for first or second week of Jan!

I would be asking for it to be escalated she’s well within her rights.

Yes I looked in to it but I’ll be asking CA for help so I’ll need paper copies so they can help me

I think this week is my boys week😬 I feel sick to my stomach rn🤢😂 if they are at these dates today, I work out that you’ll hear beginning mid of jan if they work in date order🤷🏽‍♀️ but you just never know!

CA can’t help if it’s all done online apparently so there must be a postal way too? Can log some online and rest by post I’m assuming. Honestly I don’t want to do it but if they leave me with no choice..

trying to even speak to the CAB on the phone is so damn hard, last time I waited over 2 hours on the phone so I’m going at it alone🤦🏽‍♀️

100% but I seen on Facebook some people waited 26 weeks🤦🏽‍♀️ at this point it’s a joke

We’ve got an office near us which offers drop ins so that’ll be my first step then see what they advise. I wouldn’t feel confident doing it alone so will be getting help from them it might take longer but if it increases our chances of success that’s the route I’m taking

Call handler said mine is unlikely to be this year but DM said it’s hard to say. If they are up to 17/07 there is no way they will be up to 06/08 by Christmas Eve but when they open back up I won’t be far off fingers crossed

I know it’s hard but stay positive your little boy deserves his award we know that. That’s what I’m thinking, if not the first week then it should be the second they can’t possibly get through 3 weeks of claims before they shut so I can kind of stop stressing about it I rather not have bad news this side of Christmas 😩

i don’t know if you can withdraw it tbh. However if you believe your child is entitled then stick with it! Your child was awarded HRC for a reason therefore don’t stress yourself out too much!

I hope they see that in the evidence🤦🏽‍♀️ and yeah not too much longer to go when you think about it! All this stress I can’t take it😂

D78 · 16/12/2024 10:20

😭😭 just called. Still with dm, no decision and no request for any more info. Aargh infuriating lady call handler was more bothered about how poorly she's feeling!!😡
