I think I am going to give them another nudge tomorrow to see if there is any update. It seems as though quite a few decisions have been made, and mine has apparently been with the DM since the 2nd.
They probably won't give me any update but I feel as though it makes me feel like I'm actively doing something when ringing, no matter how irritating it may be for those getting paid to respond.

What is your scan date?

@Loulou12321 my scan date is 12/6 I believe. I don't know how they work out who goes to dm first as there are people in may not assigned dm's and people after who've already had decisions

My SD is 23/5, I’m 17 + 3 today and getting more anxious by the day. Everything has been a fight so it would be a huge relief for someone to read my little ones needs and understand them

The anxiety is real!! I overthink my overthinking, even questioning what I've done is enough.
There shouldn't be this fight, nor this wait.
Our little ones are failed by the system and unfortunately not just the dwp!
Hopefully for us both we get the decisions deserved x

had a text today to say my child qualifys I’m over the moon really thought I’d have to fight it and do a mr

can someone help me please I’ve just called and the lady I spoke to said a decision was made on the 19th and a letter has been sent out in the post she couldn’t tell me anymore does this mean it’s likely to be a decline? I’m so stressed has anybody else been told the same and had a positive outcome? Any help would be great x

Someone else told me you can call back and ask to speak to someone to tell you if it has been awarded and what rates. Could give it a try? Fingers crossed for you. Could I ask what your SD was please? X

so happy for you as well, really hoping it goes well for so many of us here too

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone to DLA to add extra information about my child. Saying out loud how much support she needs at home to keep her safe was really sad 😔

What’s the latest scan date anyone has seen so far in the last few days? I’m getting so impatient now (as I know we all are haha!) I’m stalking the DLA Facebook groups it’s completely unhealthy but just want to know just how far away we might be!

Scan date 28/5
One letter stating they had our claim
One letter asking for birth cert
Birth cert received back 2 days after sending!!

Same scan date

Had one acknowledgment letter through today to say that they received our claim on the 13th September. Let the wait begin! Feels like we’ve got ages to go given they’re on May dates 😬

Scan date 21/05

i have just called and they said a decision has been made today, and I will receive a letter in the post.

i asked could he not tell me over the phone and he said he can’t see that information.

i really hope it’s not a decline but not looking good.

scan date 17 + 4, caved and rang and still not with a decision maker

I have exact same date 23/05, rang today also and told it’s not with a decision maker. ☹️

I rang today to see if they received my extra evidence I sent in for the 3rd time and they have. I asked if there was any progress on the claim and she said she can't see anything on the system.
