I’ve just got off the phone my COC is with DM. Surprised as my SD is 03/05 but the guy said if it has tons of evidence it goes to DM, if not it goes to case manager. Fingers crossed for everyone

Parking again, new claim scan date 20/3 called yesterday to see if I can send additional evidence and was told I have until July to send. Clearly reading a speech written in front of him! We have a much needed holiday on Tuesday for 10 days so hopefully I can switch off about it! @Matilde08 really hope they sort things out for you definitely do an MR my eldest was awarded MRC with no mobility 2 years ago I did an MR just for mobility and was awarded LRM I’m sure you’ll be able to do the same for care needs. I’ve just done a renewal for my eldest (111 pages of evidence) if you need any help I’m happy to support - I’m a qualified primary teacher too if that adds any reassurance. GL everyone

Well.. at this point I'm pretty sure there's something about that pension he has why they think he's eligible for Mobility component only. Two call handlers went through the claim and second one after long search couldn't see nothing..no indication why only mobility. The reason they can't see as different department was dealing with my boys claim what is Blackpool and they made a decision as well. He passed e mail to them to call me and clarify the reason. So.. let's wait again.

Just got through. Awarded MRC LRM . My form was a week late due to the teacher taking it home to filled in the part of someone who knows him and went on annual leave for 2 weeks so was late getting help filling the rest in so sadly we won’t be back paid from 26th feb when I requested the forms.
he has been awarded till 2026 which is fab!
I can now restart his horse therapy and other therapies and hopefully get my boy to a happy state of mind 🩵
