Did you dial the quick way? I did last week to check additional evidence had been received and got through right away. But people are saying that the long way is better as they can see more detail on claims? Not sure what the long way is though 😅

Ah I didn’t know there was a difference. Now I’m tempted to try again 😂 think it said if you’ve waited more then 20 weeks and want an update so I chose that option

Just called - not been assigned to a DM yet, but he said he hopes I should have a decision next week or early the following week. Called 523 waited less than 5 mins :) scan date 6/3

thats the option I chose too… but apparently that’s the short way. If anybody is reading this and knows the long way, please let us know lol x

Thanks for this I keep calling the quick way and wondered why I wasn’t getting much info! Going to try this way now and hope I get a bit more information. Hope you get your decision soon

Just received an award text !!! Scan date 8/03 made priority this morning decision about 20 mins ago have no idea what yet tho I'm on hold good luck everyone xx

Can anyone help? I’ve done a COC and sent it in. I have more evidence to give…does anyone know how I do this? What address I send it and what I should put in with the evidence? Please 😘

The address on the letters you received and you put the reference number on letter in with it

Glad we know the right way to call now but I’m going to try and hold off calling until next week I’m driving myself insane and I’m sure they’re going to ask me to stop calling any day now

No but last week they said a text will be sent with a decision I've just spoke them his been awarded HRC and lrm I'm over the moon for him I really am xx

not seen much movement on that scan date seems to me alot of people awarded after that date and we are still waiting very strange
