Do case managers call on private number? Ive had a missed call but theyve left no message xx

Is anyone able to tell me the diffrence between a case manager and a dm please.
Can case managers make a decision or does it go to dm after.

No worries ☺️ They will verify it and send it to the decision maker, you don’t need to ask again, once it’s verified it will be added to your future awards but the backdate payment decision is what’s taking the longest at the moment, some are waiting weeks some are waiting months 🙄

Hi all, I'm not on any other groups aside from this forum, like any Facebook ones, does anyone know what the latest dates in march being awarded at the moment are? Trying to get an idea on where they are (impossible task lol!) thx

😂 what a plan! If one of us hear then surely the other will hear too, he did tell me they will send a text when decision is made but I’m free to call whenever I want.

I’ve noticed a few getting texts but a few not getting texts it’s so confusing SD 6/3 but made priority yesterday so hoping I should hear something soon

Roughly what week do some get the text advising they are looking at your claim but haven’t decided yet? All I’ve had from them is two letters so far

I got that text 3 days before the 15 weeks was up. I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow, scan date 08/03

I’ve just had this conversation with the man on the phone this morning, he’s convinced I will get a text when a decision is made but I said they don’t always come, so we will see 🤷‍♀️

currently on hold to enquire about one of my claims and just so nervous!

I have a feeling it’ll be week 17/18 but I rang yesterday for the other claim and she said to ring back today with my other child’s claim so I’m hoping to have an update

Haven't had any texts.

Just got off the phone to a lovely lady who said my claims are with a case manager and I should hear in the next 2/3 weeks. 16th July the latest. She went over the entire claim information with me and checked they wasn’t waiting on any more information from school or professionals. She’s added to the notes I’d like a text regarding the decision of my claim as she’s noticed lots of parents not receiving them.

Fingers crossed you get the decision your child/ren deserve, it’s hard enough dealing with a special child but it’s heartbreaking having to list all the extra help they need for some stranger to decide who gets awarded what!
I rung Friday and was told my claim is being looked at but couldn’t say it was with a DM I’m sure the call handlers will tell us anything to get us off the phone
