I’ve just had a lovely women ring me to tell me my claim is down as 1st priority so they can’t give me a full estimated date but she said if I haven’t heard anything by next week to ring back but I’m impatient and can guarantee I’ll only wait till Friday😂🤦🏻‍♀️

How long does it take for priority to get looked at xx

Anyone Waiting On MR ... My daughters is finally with a dm today 😌 scan date 20/03

She told me they can’t give an exact time scale but no later than 9th July for me so that leaves it at 2 weeks xx

What time frames are people looking at for UC to back date?

It wasn't even with a DM then, they lied to me, it was still in a holding pile and only went to DM yesterday!

Mine went priority on Thursday tea time last week and was with a DM yesterday

I was made a priority first on Thursday, and he told me to call back this Friday and there should be a decision by then if not before

It's ridiculous how they tell ppl what suits at that time she told me no progress and when I said so I'm looking at 20.weeks then as I'm. 16 now she stuttered said you hear by end of week so I dno if a decision been made she can't tell. Me. Or she wanted me off phone or it's a decline and my letters In post was no help whatsoever think they tell ya whab3they want you hear that's why I held off ringing this time round as last time. Made me. I'll I was ringing weekly as it becomes a habit to get no news. X

We had a theory last time that area came into consideration with the order of decisions that. Where made and the day I rang and got my decision loads from. Manchester way rang and had there's so I possibly think areas. Matter

Ok so payment was due to go into the bank today and hasn’t arrived . Is there a time frame of what time it could be put in? If it doesn’t arrive do I ring DLA or the bank? Thank you ☺️

What day did they say they made the decision? It usually goes in midnight or 10pm the night before if your Santander like me, I’ve not heard of it go in through the day

I’ll deffo ring before they have told me but I’m inpatient I’ve waited ages now and now school can’t cope with him I’m gonna have to pull him out to get him into a new school with sen which our council won’t move you until you’ve pulled your child out of school hopefully we hear something soon good luck lovely x

They said it would be in my bank today . I’m with Barclays so no idea how to check if it’s going in tomorrow or not?

My eldest daughters claim was awarded on a Thursday and the backpay went in on a Tuesday

😂 I know how you feel, I’ve been tempted to call all day, but I’ve been holding off because I think the decision has likely been made today so I wanted to give it a full day to hopefully get a decision in the morning 🤞 I would say your decision would probably be made Friday but you might not find out unless you call right at the end Friday or It will be Monday

The woman on the phone today told me my back pay would go in today or tomorrow.. somehow I don't think that's right as I was only awarded today lol

Yeah my son was awarded Thursday last week and given today’s date but it didn’t arrive.
we shall see what tomorrow brings I suppose! X

Hi all, ive been looking through these threads for info about wait times, my sons claim finished in feb 2024, sent the renewal off in nov 2023, lost in the post ☹️☹️. Ive sent another claim form in and it was scanned early june. Are the wait times still long for renewals? Im struggling massivley without that money as my son has severe food allergies and my food shop is ££’s! Any advice is appreciated. Also this is my first post :)
