Can I ask when did you ask UC about it. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks so far and still nothing from them

I’m still waiting as well it’s been 5 weeks so far nearly 6

I sent mine on the 20th may and still waiting

Took your advice and he was awarded HRC yesterday. Over the moon for him and so glad I don’t have to phone again!

@Kell85 hi, I notified them on the 7th, then the 10th I think I asked them how long, he said they couldn't put a time on it, it's up to the decision makers, I got the letters today on my journal and back pay paid today too, pop another message on asking them to chase it, they may be able to see what's going on, mine took 18 days total

Yes it was a new claim, do you know how long it takes between being awarded and money arriving?

SD-06/3 rang up still currently on hold whilst she loads stuff up thirty two mins on hold to load stuff up just taking it as a loss now getting told numerous things and not one of them can give me a straight answer 😩

I called up at 1pm and got through straight away which I was shocked about, she told me up to 20 weeks but most go to a decision maker at 15 weeks so it's just even more of a waiting game

They updated mine yesterday saying they will pay backpay tomorrow hopefully. I told them on 15/05

Managed to get through after 42 mins on hold for her to check some things asked to be put on to someone else and they told me it’s in a que I went well I was told it was with a desicion maker weeks ago now and she said I shouldn’t of been told the wrong information and they like to do it to keep us happy🤦🏻‍♀️ she put notes on it to try get it bumped up in que about my school situation and the fact I’m gonna have to enrol him into a sen school now as school can’t meet his needs

Congratulations to all those awarded. So happy to hear of so many positive outcomes. Hopefully we will hear some more before Friday. At the moment it seems like anywhere between the 20/02 - 20/03 is being awarded. Luck of the draw I guess! lol
