They tell you anything I think to get you off the phone. When I rang to see if extra evidence got there I was told 20 week wait was the update, but could be 15 but could also be before that 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've seen awards happen at 14 weeks, 15 plus, 17 weeks and people still waiting after this so at this point I'm just going to sit and wait (sd 02/04)

Yes I’ve been following this post for undates finally made an account so I can comment lol.

my son has been getting dla since he was 3 his now nearly 12 this is the forth time I’ve had to renew and it’s never taken this long before, his last renewal was only 2 years ago and I got a decision in 4 weeks

How long does a Decision take after your claim is gone to a DM?

Friday my claim was at the top of the queue to be seen by a DM

Same as me. I was told once with a DM could be days or weeks. No specific amount of time 🤦🏼‍♀️

seems like there is no actual order they do them in

Mine has been with the decision maker since 14/6 for a COC so hoping for news this week

Mine is 13/03 and I was told Thursday it was top waiting to be assigned to DM. I can’t handle another week. Good to luck to everyone this week- hopefully the Feb dates will be tomorrow 🤞🏼 xxx

How awful is this wait though? How can these waiting times be acceptable!

i know its shocking how long they make us all wait for us to get what our children need and deserve.
but i really do hope we hear soon as this waiting is super stressfull and hope everyone on this thread gets awarded soon as i know some have been waiting a very long time

I have called a couple of times for an update ( 28.02) got told something different each time. I rang friday but didnt get through until after 5pm ( my claim had been with a dm anywhere between 3 days and 2 weeks depending who i had spoken to ) the guy on the phone had a check but said the dm on my case had finished for the day and so had dm team leader apparently, but that they wouldnt of released funds until tuesday anyway, which is strange as he said he couldnt give me a decision...

Scan date 13/03. Rang last week and was told additional information I'd sent was scanned on 03/06 and told the DM had made notes on the application on 14/06 whatever notes mean! But man on the phone seemed confident there'd be a decision soon.

Will be very surprised if it's not enhanced from LC because in the end we sent over 60 pages of medical evidence that our GP kindly agreed to collect for us

Thank you ladies 💗💐 Tried to focus on other stuff and clear my mind during the weekend. Went for a country walks and it helped a bit, but there's still that bitterness every single time I remember about that even how hard I try to put it at the back of my mind. Having a catch up at my boys school with person who helped me to fill the claim and sent all the evidence. Obviously she's in shock about the outcome as well. Hoping to at least receive the letter in coming days. I will fight for my little boy ♥️
