Unfortunately it looks like you've still got a while to wait yet, I'm at 15 wks 4days last called yesterday and still not with a DM 😕

Hi. Long term lurker first time poster. Called 28th March, scanned 29th April, decision 14th June. Coc due to increased care and mobility needs refused and kept at lrm and mrc. My daughter has ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities and charcot marie tooth disease. At times she physically can't walk (dislocations, pain, swelling, deformed feet, short tight tendons) other times she has severe meltdowns. What reports or evidence have other people used to prove its not just refusing?

No I've only had the two letters no text messages at all. Tempted to call again, this waiting is horrible.

Hi all, just looking for a little bit of help/info from parents who have been into school for a SEN support plan put in place, my son is out of school at the minute, long story short the final straw last week was a teacher punishing him by screaming at him reducing him to tears and given detention for stimming. I never sent him back. I've been invited to go in on Monday for a meeting with the principal and senco to sort a plan but already have a feeling its not going to go well because ive fought them since October. He is on the autism and adhd pathway with sensory processing OT report and its like getting blood from a stone with school. I just don't know what to expect from the meeting, i do have a back up plan for home ed but defo want to attend the meeting still because its the first ive been offered since october. Thankyou in advance for any info/support x

I haven't called once as I'm waiting for someone with my scan date to get awarded then I'll make that call😅

No one have called me back like promised so far and looks like no one will. Have updated my complaint letter and will send it out tomorrow morning or on Monday. I have no other chance or option here.

I have just seen on a FB group that someone has been awarded today from my SD.
I don't think everyone gets a text, it seems a little hit or miss...

Oh, that's awful 😞 I've been watching for your update today. How they can treat people like this is beyond me, it's such an emotional, anxious time. Try to have a good weekend and hopefully you hear something on Monday xx

Usually they like you to do the MR within 1 month of the date of the decision letter but they'll usually extend this if you can provide them with a good reason for a delay in completing a MR.
