@Matilde08 Aw im so sorry you are still being messed around when you have already waited such a long time. I hope they ring you back soon. X

I really hope that they will while I'm in this emotional breakdown as they should hear how it affects my own health. I have waited patiently, being understanding, but how long they expect me to let them treat me like a sh... like my boys claim is not important just because he's dad died. And every single time I have to through that and explain myself what's the reason on this abnormal delay.

Scan date 5/3/24 told yesterday it won't be even looked at until 20 week! Anyone heard back from March scan dates?

Not yet, I'm 6/03 been told various different things 3rd July by one lady, should be done by 19th June by another lady and then the most recent said by the end of this month, they're on the last week of Feb apparently so hopefully us next 😊

MumOf6Beauts · 14/06/2024 12:26

Does anyone know where they are at with MR dates (20/03) My daughters scan date ☺️

Last I heard they were working on end Feb, my date is 04/03, I haven't heard yet but I'm assuming it must be any day soon

@Matilde08 I'm so sorry, its absolutely disgusting what they have done with your case and how they have dealt with you as a person.

OneTiredMumma84 · 14/06/2024 12:45

Does anyone know what happens if your claim still hasn’t been decided and you become homeless in the meantime? 😔 just received a section 21 as landlord is selling the house but we have to be out before our decision will be made. I won’t have an address to give them as we will more than likely be in b&b/hotel/hostel . Good job I don’t drink because I would an alcoholic by now with this stress! X

Matilde08 · 14/06/2024 12:49

@Emma2345 thanks .. He asked me if case manager have called me lately. I said he called me almost 8 weeks ago with explaining about additional check ups, said maximum 6 more weeks for them to sort this out and here I am. I said nearly month ago someone have called me back when the case manager was on annual leave to to bear with them a bit longer.. I said I don't know even whose my boys case manager are at this point. Last week they didn't even talked to me personally when I was passed to them as they asked call handler to give an explanation why it takes so long etc

This time for the very first time I just break down and started to cry... they have to know what they do with people mentally when expecting us to just understand and wait.

I don’t but I would assume this would be under exceptional circumstances why don’t you see if they could prioritise your claim for financial hardship and having to leave your current home to go in to homeless accommodation xx

It’s disgusting have you done that complaint yet ? I can’t believe how they have treated you and miss led you to believe this would be sorted for weeks and weeks on end and hear you are almost 2 months later my heart really does break for you it’s already such a hard time with what you have been thru having to relive it day in and day out explaining it to them and then having your child with extra needs on top of that and DLA are just adding to that unimaginable amount of stress your under sending the biggest hugs and prayers your way ❤️

Have been following this, called just now and been awarded, just for info:

Scan date 22/02
Decision made 12/06
HRC for 2.5 year old suspected ASD until 2026
Backpay should be in account next week.

Good luck to all, it's a long and stressful process.

Huge congrats!

Emma2345 · 14/06/2024 13:04

@AutumnLea congratulations on your award xx

We should be hearing around the same time then 😊, Ow I hope its that close as that's next week. They seem to be taking a while on Feb claims 🙄

UsefulZombie · 14/06/2024 13:05

21/02, still nothing, now it's the bloody weekend again 🤣

@Matilde08 Yes they should hear how it is affecting you, i think the time they have taken is disgusting, you and your child are already grieving and did not need the extra stress this has caused. I dont know why you need to explain each time as it should be on the system already. Sending hugs and love to you and your boy. X

Matilde08 · 14/06/2024 13:07

@sjm100 I hope he mention that on e mail as well.. that he have to listen me quietly crying while his typing 😔
@Emma2345 honestly it's done but I'm naively giving them another week by another week.. as I have overthinking so much that I'm scared it could affect decision 🫥

Last two times I have called '512' so straight to them without being on hold.. and both those times they are not able to see anything..no call history, no updates..no notes.. nothing. When I did '523' before they could see more information.

I got a COC decision (refusal) after just 3 days of them having my form so you never know...

What was the reason they gave? That is a fast turnaround.

I'd definitely call them and explain everything and ask what can be done. I'm sorry you are going through this stress. Hope you manage to get sorted soon x

Aw you have such a good heart and it wouldn’t affect your decision but I no your thinking ,, they clearly haven’t cared about and the stress it is having on you I would definitely send that complaint it could speed things up xx

Updating it now and waiting for call back today.

Just wondering what exactly is team leader? I know that case manager is pretty much the same decision maker. I have been told this by call handler once.

Has anyone been prioritised and heard anything back? My son got prioritised on Wednesday

I was told it could take up to a month, I did think it would be done quicker but it’s not looking that way, I was put on priority Monday but still not hear anything
