So I just called again and was told it's in a que for a case manager and if I haven't heard anything by end of month they will chase it ?? Hope he's right

I have just been told our claim was looked at then put back in a pile, anyone know why that would happen? I sent in evidence so i honestly thought that wouldnt hold it up x

That's why I was wondering if it made a difference being on it or not as yeah it helps them sleep but for probably 4 hours max and then up again all night. It's been like this for around 2 and a half years but I've always been hesitant to claim even though I've been told I should. I guess I just didn't like the thought of someone judging my child without knowing them but it's getting to the point now ehcps are needing doing and they're not in mainstream they're in a specialist setting within the school they wanted me to apply, not to mention the cost of everything we have to replace as you can probably understand

I called today to get a scan date as I didn’t have that (I was told it was 12/04 and will get a decision by 20 weeks so end of august).

Plus, they asked for some of my ID to be sent to them for verification (no idea why) so I sent my drivers license, marriage certificate and a bill over 3 weeks ago, they confirmed they’d received it and had sent it back within a couple of days but I haven’t received it! They are looking into it for me, and will contact me with an update, has this happened to anyone else?

i told them 3 weeks ago, it’s been with the decision maker for over a week nearly 2 weeks and they said there’s no time frame, when I asked by time do they mean 6 weeks, 6 months and they said just whenever they make the decision 🤣 so expect to wait for it unfortunately

I've just rang up 523 way and had the nicest lady answer and speak to me! Apparently mine is with a decision maker, but not getting my hopes up as my scan date is 20/3 xx

Have been following this, called just now and been awarded, just for info:

Decision made 12/06
HRC for 2.5 year old suspected ASD until 2026
Backpay should be in account next week.

Scan date 5/3/24 told yesterday it won't be even looked at until 20 week! Anyone heard back from March scan dates?

Im not sure hun but i do know what you mean, ive managed for a couple of years now but its got to the point where something has to give im exhausted and literally cannot financially cover the expenses anymore. Im praying ive sent emough evidence. What evidence did you send?? Xxx

Does anyone know where they are at with MR dates (20/03) My daughters scan date ☺️

After all the security questions I have again been asked for the reason I'm calling. Explained I have been asked on Wednesday to call back today as if decision made they will let me know on phone as it looks like any time soon. Obviously she said what she can see there's still no decision. Passed me to main department for more information. After 4 min hold guy answered how he can help me. I briefly explained about all the calls since middle of April, how I can been told from the case meneger nearly 2 months ago about additional check ups. And then I lost it.. started to cry and tell how much it has affected my mental health. How much it triggers my personal grief. Crying after calls as I been given false hopes, asked to wait with not knowing when, what will be the outcome. I said: I feel extremely neglected. He then said he will help to sort this out today for me as it seems out of any time frames. He then e mailed to team leader, to case manager while being on phone. He then advised me to wait.. I said do I have to call back.. when.. He said: no, they will call me back today. And here I'm sitting crying putting everything on hold as I don't want to miss that call... if they call at all
