Thank you! Got through in 12 minutes... im shaking like a leaf 🤣 spoke to a lovely man called Andrew. He couldnt be anymore helpful if he tried! No decision has been made as of yet, but there is nothing holding it back as in needing extra info, etc. If I don't hear anything by the 14th of June, which takes it to 20 weeks to call back. He said it could be sooner than that as they'll start to look at getting a decision from now xx

I spoke to a lovely lady, my son’s been awarded MRC and LRM. She went through everything without me asking. Our scan date was the January 22nd and she said a decision was made 2 days ago. Good luck everyone!

My scan date was also the 26/02 and haven’t heard anything yet how do you know you have a decision??

It's very frustrating they can see outcome but we need to suffer until letter comes in. Hopefully doesn't take to long.

How do you do live chat I didn’t even know there was such a thing

Some can tell you the rates etc and some can’t so ask to be put through to someone who can. The lady I spoke to told me the rates and back pay etc. fingers crossed for you all it’s hard waiting x

Are you in Scotland? If so go on social security scotland live chat, asks for name and what benefit you want to discuss so much easier and quicker than phone call. Good luck!

Would make things easier if they used an online system to check progress ourselves so we don't have to waste hours on phone waiting. There are so many ways they could improve the service.

does anyone have scan date of 22/1 or near that has been awarded yet I don’t want to call again but I do at the same time 🤕

I’m the 22 and not heard nothing yet. Seen a few past our date so I’m on hold to them at the moment to see if a decision has been made

My scan date was the 22nd I found out we’d been awarded today. It wasn’t even with a decision maker when I called last week but they made a decision 2 days ago so it’s worth calling x

congratulations on your award. Mine went to a dm this week so I’m hoping a decision has been made by now.
