Well the wait is over! Mrc and Lrm awarded Friday, the cry of relief when I got off the phone call! Good luck everyone else still waiting!

Rang this morning, scan date 27/12 said its still open and they have not made a decision yet, so I'm guessing that means it's at least with a dm? Said the deadline for her decision should be 15th May.... surely I shouldn't have to wait that long 😫 I'm Autistic myself so constantly overthinking it.... 😏

Does anyone know how to update u.c with this please? Thankyou

It's been a long road and I hardly had any evidence, and I expected a decline so to hear those words she's awarded soo much relief! Can finally get things in place for her now! Hope you hear soon!

I think they state that long incase they need to contact school/gp for further evidence. Call back wedensday as things can change so quick x

To everyone that’s waiting my wait was 16 weeks… the day before I was awarded was told it hadn’t even been looked at. The dm called me to ask a few questions she was really lovely compared to the call handlers… my daughter has autism and adhd she was awarded hrc lrm I hope all your children get what they deserve

Honestly I was worried not enough evidence and presumed it was a decline so elated with MRC and LRM! its like a weights taken off. Hopefully not long for you

Just had a long call with my auntie who's a qualified social worker. She's been giving some support made me feel a little better 🥰

Yup just had one too. I'm 11/01.
From experience, I had two texts saying this about three weeks apart then around six weeks from the first text I had backpay in my account (my DC1's claim last year)

I just got the same text with the same scan date. No idea what it means though.

I got the text 3rd April, awarded 12th April

😡 tried calling, first time it wouldnt connect. Tried again. On hold for 30mins for it to disconnect. Give up
