Do you think sending too much evidence can have a negative effect?
I’ve sent in total 11 pieces of evidence including a statement from the senco. Aswell as 2 letters going into detail and updating his needs. They are pages and pages long. I’m talking 50 +
the only reason why I’m thinking this is because through reading these forums I know they only skim the evidence and like an idiot I didn’t take the time to highlight important parts.
now I’m thinking they are probably just going to miss a lot of it. I’ve should of just limited to the 2 or 3 of the most important.

sorry I know I’ve been asking a lot of questions… maybe I’m just overthinking everything😂

I'm worried I have as well, sent reports, appointment letters, copies of reward charts which say his behaviour and support he recieved, assesment reports from specialist teacher and teaching service...

Definitely not a bad thing! As long as the form correspond , there looking at the answers you put in the form then skimming through the evidence provided so as long as its there I wouldn't worry

Hello 😀I phoned yesterday, it went to a Dm Thursday so I’ll give a ring Monday. I’m nervous now 😔x

I had the first ever letter off them today . I sent it off the first week of February . To say they will let me know a decision within 15 weeks ! That makes it around July . That’s what they also told me on the phone . But I’m just thankful they have what they need and I should hear soon

NOO! I know I said they skim, and they definitely do, however, if you've put evidence in to back everything your not going to get a lower award cause DM decided not to read said evidence, if anything I'll skim and agree if that makes sense, they look rather stupid if they awarded you nothing and it went to tribunal 😂 it'd go papers so that's definitely not going to happen, we all over think your not alone ❤️
