Would another call handler be able to see something she couldn’t?

I think if call handler looking into your file properly then they will see what the outcome was.
Id state you were told a decision was made on Friday so your calling to find out the outcome x

Fee89 · 09/04/2024 14:36

I just got told its still in the 'new claims department'. Asked if its being looked at yet and she said something about 31st jan. My claim was scanned 30th Jan so im unsure. Its like a game of bingo.

What's 522? The numbers after dialing after you pick English I do 512 - that's the option for if it's been more than 20 weeks

Fee89 · 09/04/2024 15:29

Does everyone get different options? 5 something else, 2 new claims (1 was to request forms), 2 wanting update on claim (1 was to add info to new claim) x

Yes I get that! But I've been asked to be transferred coz apparently it's still with a decision maker and I told them I'm not happy if those after me are getting decisions before me lol.
