Got through nice and quickly this morning ! Scan date 23/11, they are now saying evidence confirming my daughter illness was received 26/03 but still no decision has been made! Want me to wait until next Tuesday and call back for an update now… not looking promising

I’ve just called too and still nothing.
im going to leave it now until Friday, because that’s 20 weeks. Then if they still don’t have the NIno I’ll feel I’ve got more room to complain because I’ve waited the full 20 😂
Have you called? @TiredTilly

xxMumofthreexx · 02/04/2024 09:41

Just called its currently with a case manager, she said it certainly won't be long 😬 but we shal see could be in the holding pile tomorrow 🤣

I didn’t ring, just printed the form out. .

posted on 25/11 to free post address - was told that’s why scan date was 07/12, as free post address takes two weeks, lovely lady on phone told me to send everything via registered in future as that gets scanned quicker.

So it should be 16 weeks I think, but the amounts don’t work out.

I’m working it out as Mrc and lrm. Xx

MLW92 · 02/04/2024 10:14

If you're going to ring and looking more info as in rate etc, don't be using the 512 because they can't see the award rate etc, just basic info, so deffo use 523, im on hold as I didn't ask her when my normal payment is next due, im on with Pam 😂 first I've had her too, she's in a good mood she's told me everything even without asking and dispatched me a letter 😂 so after your payment was issued (mines today) it's every 4 weeks that you receive your normal payment, so mines will be 30th of April, so that's how they work it as to when you're next paid after original award, good luck everyone 🍀♥️
