Scan date 25/10. Decision made yesterday finally. HRC & LRM for 2 years. I sent no evidence or any information from anyone else, except confirmation they are on the neurodevelopmental waitlist. So it was just on the form alone and 3 pages of supplementary information I had written.

Was on hold 55 minutes earlier and got cut off! Was almost school run time so trying again now! Hopefully I get through, scan date 9/11 was finally with the dm Monday and no decision when I called yesterday morning hoping for good news

@Mumof6boys1girl i just had a phone call from the DM and spent 20 mins going through the additional information I sent and he said I will get a letter with his decision

@Mommyof4children Hiya, finally got through... spoke to a lovely lady called Caroline. She told me no decision has been made yet, but they are working around my date currently 16.11 - should be another 2 weeks. xx

Just recieved a text that we've qualified! I wrote previously about sending birth certificates last month scan date was 27th dec first time applying and I sent it in 5 weeks late. I was also just about to send off further stronger evidence with reports of assessments and care needs from senco and neurology tomorrow, should I still send it off recorded delivery or wait for the letter to see what we've been awarded? I really thought we wouldn't qualify because of the age (2yrs) im just so relieve now I've been crying all day I really was not expecting an award or so soon.

Congratulations! it’s amazing you got it that quickly! When you got your letter did it say 15 weeks? I’m 15/12 and hoping it will actually be within 15 weeks

i think maybe wait until your letter comes and see if you think they need the evidence. For example if you think your child should get a higher rate or if you think it would change the length of reward. But this is also my first claim so I might be talking rubbish

So Mr requested 04/01 just had call to say went to their docs and denied as not enough evidence so I said ok will go tribunal put the phone down to be called again for the woman to moan I hastily hung up on her she then told me she would do low rate care and mobility untilni send more evidence in all took 32 weeks I am thinking she doesn't want me to take it further

It said 15 weeks on the letter but on the phone I was told approx 20 weeks. If I count it from the date I should have sent it in by it's exactly 15 weeks, if counted from scan dated then it's 10 weeks.

Yesp I'm 17/11 and when I phoned this morning a lady told me there still doing October's I was lied to as well 😂

Oh ok that makes sense. It looks like things are starting to speed up a bit over the last couple of days.
