Hi everyone I applied for my daughter who has ASD the letter was put on computer on the 3rd April 2024 , still not had a session and I'm sick of ring being fobbed off , last time this Friday. I'm going to ring it's been nearly 22 week xx aarrggh so annoying ,some of the people you talk to when you ring are so rude , some are lovely x good luck everyone hope your little ones get sorted soon x

I rang this morning after sending in more evidence and saying it's upto 20 weeks for COC, anyone done COC lately scan date is 7/06 but my original scan date was 5/02, got awarded end of May HRC no mobility so that's what I'm doing now, I feel like all I'm doing is fighting lol

Hi I asked for my sons dla claim yo be looked at again.this was on the 29th of July and I have send more proof in how long dose it take be4 I should hear anything thanks

If your MR they saying up to 25 weeks from new scan date, i know they working on end of April dates for new claims at the minute so I would say your about 3 or so months away realistically until you hear maybe more just depends

Hey all, 👋 I'm now waiting for 16 wks now tom letter received few months back saying by 15 wks called today said may take upto 20 wks is this a joke or what? I can't believe this I'm now really struggling with my daughter

Hi Sarah how long did take for uc to back date hun I’ve been waiting 4 weeks

I have seen a few people say it can take anything from a few weeks to over 3 or so months you have to keep pestering them

Ours came this week, dead on 20 weeks. Very nice back payment and he got HRC, LRM which was perfect,

So yours came bang on 20 wks most probably it'll the same for my daughter 16 wks and 4 days today

How long are MR decisions taking at the moment? Requested MR on 7th August xx

That’s from my scan date originally from feb 😞 it’s a drag Xx it’s aparantly 25 week wait

was for 3 year review and requested MR 29/04

Really 25 wks that's nearly 6 months I've got 4 wks left give or take 17 wks next Wednesday and we are on 16 wks and 4 days absolutely dragging
