Anyone around about the 13 th April had a decision yet? I’ve had 2 letters both saying 15 weeks I’m now on week 12

19/03 here, 15 weeks yesterday still nothing 🫤

yh im 19/03 still nothing except i called today thay said its been opened and looked out another 5 weeks he said this so long

Mine was 02/04 had 2 letters but nothing else still waiting

My application was scanned on the 02/04 had 2 letters the recognition they recieved my pack and one to say they are still looking. Has anyone else had anything who’s applied around the same time?

When people get the second letter of sorry it’s taking so long we are still looking at your claim do this mean it’s now with a decision maker ? How long after this letter have people waited for their outcomes ?

They always say lately 20 weeks but I got awarded end of May and was 16 weeks for my claim, we got HRC, I'm doing COC now for them to consider mobility

I waited 16 weeks for first claim, scan date was 5/02 and got awarded 22/05 now doing COC if you put in (dla part 48) you will get the rest of the group more info on waiting times and they are all waiting for first claims

Mine went to DM at 15 weeks was only with them for 1 day then made a decision but I didn't know for a few days when I rang up

Honestly I don't even know anymore and god knows if they know, sorry I thought yours was first time claim, my letter states 11 weeks but phoned up yesterday to makesure extra evidence got scanned and they said 12 weeks wait so no idea, have you phoned to check? My COC scan date is 7/06 so I'm only a month in lol, I'm thinking end of August onwards for me

No not rang them the wait times are so long I haven’t bothered mines 17/05 and the first letter said 11 weeks the 2nd don’t give a time just says sorry it’s taking so long and they will inform me as soon as they can .. hopefully it won’t be to long my anxiety is through the roof!

When DLA asks for birth certificate does it mean they are looking at the claim?

No they ask for it after they scan the form on the system even if you provide a passport number they still sometimes ask for it

No harm in sending in more evidence, just do it special delivery so it gets there faster, hopefully it's not long for you now

I’ve been waiting 14 weeks now. I have had one letter ages ago saying they have received my claim and are looking at it, nobody has asked for my son’s birth certificate or anything like that.
does that mean they’re mega far behind and I’ve got ages yet to wait???
