Dla waiting times march 2022

Hi everyone,
Anyone waiting for a decision for march guys .. I am so stressed about the outcome it would mean a great deal to my DD to get this award.

Yea defo a possibility you don’t need a diagnosis for DLA. Yes he told me that on Thursday last week he said due to the post delays if your awarded it will be payment before letter. Some people do get texts. I’m gonna ring again Friday so hopefully they can tell me by then if awarded or not xx

We're waiting too, our scan date was 16th June. Hopefully we all hear soon, I'm really hoping it will be by the end of the week!

Hii. I put claim in June they sent letter to say,recieved on June 21st. Still waiting so it's now 11 weeks. Not sure wether to call or wait till hits 12 weeks. Has anyone put in at same time and heard anything yet. I did receive a letter August 8th to say sorry was taking long and would be in touch when update was made x

My scan date was the 23rd June, i rang on the 26th August as had more evidence to send in and they said a decision was another 2 weeks away. So only another week to wait hopefully

Best off ringing for update everyone gets told different. I had to ring make sure the evidence was linked as a few on here have said it hasn’t and delayed the claim xx

I’m a sucker and calling again today as it’s 12 weeks today and more so I want to find out if it’s atleast with CM now.

I'm also 23rd June. We can wait together 🙂. I rang yesterday and they were really not helpful. Just said should hear by end of the month.

Just got off the phone. Still no decision but she said it’s taking 12 weeks but didn’t stipulate if I’ll get a decision this week or not. Couldn’t tell me if it was with a CM or not either 🙈 this waiting is driving me insane!

Oh I wonder why. Mind u when i rang they told me should be with decision maker at end of the week. Say maybe it’s already with CM, same my friend waited 14 weeks from scan date I’ve been told they only backdate 12 weeks mines already longer than that from the day I asked for forms. I don’t see how this is our fault. Surely they backdate it still x

So I rang up today to check and was told my claim still hasn't been passed to a new claims team member yet and they are taking between 12 to 14 weeks to process. I'm only at week 11 so hopefully hear something by end of month and hoping it's not rejected and need to appeal as I'm sure that,be another good few weeks of waiting

What’s your scan date? I rang yesterday and was told mine should be by next week latest but they hopeful be with someone by Friday (can’t promise she said) but I’m hopeful as she said they dealing with claims up until the 16th of June: others have been told different which leads me to believe it depends who your form goes to and how fast they get through them x

If you search in online it’s dla child free post etc. you just put child name and d.o.b on each page. That’s all I did and they received it ok

Hey. I called this morning and was still that they’re still ‘allocating’ my application and that it’s taking 12-14 weeks atm 😩 I’m losing hope as each day passes tbf. Xx

Yeah I think that’s the most frustrating thing… One minute we’re being told that there will be a decision by end of this week and the next being told can take up 14 weeks.. I just want to know. I don’t care about how much or if I get lower or middle rate for my boy. I just wanna know if he will be getting something specially with all the stuff he needs due to his hyper mobility xx

Hiya my scan date is 15 June I have just got through to be told my claim won’t have decision until another 3 weeks! I’m a bit peed of as I was told Monday it would be this week 🤦🏽‍♀️ X

@Lynseyb91 that's annoying, I think sometimes they just give that to manage expectations but seems bit odd going from end of this week to 3 weeks!

I'm interested to know what day they're currently working up to

They are currently working up to 16th June so I don't understand how they saying another 3 weeks. It depends who u talk to tbh x

Yeah I agree I was told last Thursday it was 9th working with and then Monday said upto 16th june by end of this week x

I rang earlier and was told that they are working up to the 14th June this week and that our form (16th June) will be looked at next week. I wonder if it depends what part of the country you are in, we are South East, or whether the people on the phone just say random dates!
