Anyone waiting for a decision for march guys .. I am so stressed about the outcome it would mean a great deal to my DD to get this award.

Going to try ring them now x on week 10 now seems like forever x

They said I'm looking at another couple of weeks do you generally get a text message?

I haven’t yet , had phone calls with the hospital re my daughter care as she’s coming home Wednesday so I’m calling them this afternoon x

good news that your daughter is going home! Hopefully you get some answers regarding your back pay, you’ve waited long enough!

Anyone know how long it takes uc to get back to you about back pay of carers and disability element? I’ve already noted in my journal and everything

Kc1999 I don’t know I let universal credit know on the 6 th about my daughter getting DLA and they confirmed it was correct and they wrote in journal they’ve passed it to dm and I will be told though journal I may write in journal tomorrow to see if they have an update

I updated my elements yesterday to date of the award, then wrote in the journal, haven’t heard anything back, I seen quite a few people say they have issues, will see if they respond tomorrow, if not I’ll leave another message x

I left them a message a week ago and Iv had no response, my payment has gone up about £100+ more a month from what I can see. But nothing in regards to a backdate x

ive seen lots of people say because they haven’t got a work coach their journal doesn’t get looked at, quite a few people have had to make a complaint for a response🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m gonna wait till I get my statement for the month and see if the elements are on that, then I’ll ring about my back pay. Now if it was money we owe them they’d respond straight away😂

Hi I just got off the phone to dla as its 11 weeks tomorrow for my sons claim and the man said they r currently working on 27th April. Mine is the 28th April and he said it should be assigned next week. How much longer should it take then does anyone know? Also I hope this Information helps u.

Exactly! Well I eventually got a response and it just said I have sent this to a decision maker. So hopefully it won’t be too long. Has anyone else heard from UC?
