Hi everyone,
Anyone waiting for a decision for march guys .. I am so stressed about the outcome it would mean a great deal to my DD to get this award.

My sin is 7 and I wasn't expecting anything he has been the same fir years and I never claimed thinking he wouldn't get it.

hi guys! I have been on the phone again today to find out I was awarded HRC on the 1st of July however nothing for mobility as he did not meet the age criteria. However he does now so I have to reapply for change of circ. it’s really annoying he qualified 6 weeks ago, wish they just looked at it on the 1st of July as if I had just applied. But instead used my date of application as my award time. So frustrating. X

I am glad some of u r getting answers but upset for those that haven't yet. I have been waiting 10 weeks Thurs so if I haven't heard by then I will ring them. The only thing I have had is the apology letter 2 weeks ago

I’ve been waiting ten weeks, currently on hold to them at the minute, I think I’ll have to do an MR as I didn’t send much evidence so going to see if I still have time to send extra in now🤦🏽‍♀️😂 always last minute me

Kc1999x I'm normally like that! I hope I sent ij enough. I sent the consultants report and the school filled in the school bit on the claim form. Let me know how u get on. I hope u get answers

They said over the phone they are currently looking at claims from 19th April hope that helps x

all I could give them at the time was my sons gp and nursery details at the time being, nursery suggested applying to me. But by end of the week he’ll have a support plan in place at nursery which will back up my whole form so I’ve just got off the phone to them now and they’ve put on the system that extra evidence will be sent in by the end of the week so the decision maker may wait for that to come in…. She said they are working on the end half of April now also

At least u r getting some answers at last but its not fair we have to chase it up. Mine was scanned 28th April so I reckon at least another 2 weeks from reading the posts on here

Ssabb90 You should have backdated payment latest tomorrow I was awarded Thursday and had payment today so you was awarded a day after me

Mine too! Not enough to buy him a buggy as he didn’t get the mobility element due to age at time of application, really annoying x

Can you demand to speak to someone higher because I don’t think this is fair x

Thankyou Leanne I’m not holding out on any hope 😞going to ring them this afternoon to find out giving them the morning, if I don’t hear anything today I’m going to write a letter as I’m fed up that I’ve been waiting 15 weeks and sent in a lot of paperwork and also not happy that I’ve been told different things daily

Hi I have just got off the phone to them and the lady said they are currently working on 22nd April. Mine was scanned 28th so she thinks it will be about 2 weeks if that helps anyone.

Yayyyyyyyyyy finally my daughter has been awarded the highest care component, apparently payment should be anytime and my renewal date is July 2025 so happy xx

I’ve just let universal credit know , I feel like a weight has been lifted 😊
