MrsF 'does it again'

Well....my visits to mcDonalds are getting more eventful by the minute.....leigh still insists on wearing his happy meal box for the whole time we are there.....tom empties the whole tomato sauce dispenser [exageration] ....and i get confused everytime when i order the meals....and then talk in jibberish trying to explain myself

But tonight was an oscar winning performance.

I was playing with leigh's happy meal toy..... Captain Hook's hook....(there is a little switch on it which makes the hook move )....and after about ten flicks of the switch the hook flew off and landed at the next table in a woman's meal.

Me being the forgiving soul that i am expected a smile from her as i apologised profusely (jibbering again)....but all she did was frostily slam it on our table.

Today started badly when i grabbd the pump toothpaste to wash my hands....instead of the soap dispenser and didn't notice till i was attempting to lather up my hands.

pixiefish · 12/11/2004 22:50

MsF · 12/11/2004 22:54

BTW...i meant to say leigh wears the box on his head...he does look cute...the handles are like droopy dog ears!

I'm sorry Mrs Eff, but you do make me

coppertop · 12/11/2004 22:55

Oh Mrsf!!

I suppose you should be thankful you didn't try to brush your teeth using the soap dispenser.

"I'm forever blowing bubbles!"

MsF · 12/11/2004 23:02

mind you....in the summer i deliberately used toothpaste to rub onto ingrained dirt on my 'gardening' fingers!!!! so maybe today was just a relapse!!!!!

Removed the dirt well.....wonder if it would remove felt-tip of alex's face the next time he decides to draw a clown mask straight onto his face!!!

OP posts:
coppertop · 12/11/2004 23:06

I'd heard that toothpaste was supposed to be good for lovebites but didn't know about its dirt-removal capabilities!

MsF · 12/11/2004 23:09

lovebites?????? what are they????!!!!

just spotted chocol8........that makes the triplets complete!!! XXX

OP posts:
coppertop · 12/11/2004 23:11

Ahem....I of course meant that I'd only HEARD it was good for lovebites....ahem...

Chocol8 · 12/11/2004 23:14

Heh heh heh! Fantastic! (plays with captain hook toy - didn't know it did that!).

I did a good one this morning - but not as good as yours. Rifling through me draws (ooer) this morning I found a tiny can of hair gloss spray and thought that in an attempt to look reasonably healthy to my fellow MNers, i'd use it just before I left the house. Well, I gave it a good shake and squirted it but it wasn't hair gloss, it was mousse! It went everywhere (except on my hair), on my face, the carpet, the unit, my clothes etc etc...NOT a good look.

MsF · 12/11/2004 23:15

I've never had a a visable lovebite...read into that what you like!

coppertop · 12/11/2004 23:17

MrsF!!

Chocs - I think we must have all been cloned at some point! ROFL!

MsF · 12/11/2004 23:17

that serves you right for being so vain!!!

[in the baground there is a jukebox playing Carly's "You're So Vain")

OP posts:
Chocol8 · 12/11/2004 23:23

I hope i'm not vain - OMG, maybe I am!

I was really trying to look a bit healthy after being ill for 7 or 8 weeks. After tonsilitis, then glandular fever, it's now an Under active thyroid gland!!! Wish they'd make their minds up!

I just tried not to sit in any harsh overhead lighting today, which I find highlights my under eye luggage really well...don't know if I succeeded though.

MsF · 12/11/2004 23:25

Undereye luggage....i love that!!! I definitely had that this week after sitting at the P.C till 2am twice!!!!

My G.P tested me for thyroid probs last year....and i actually hoped she was right as i am fed up with how i feel sometimes...but all was fine....so they carry on treating me for anxiety etc!!!

I got the whole set...all in crocodile!

Doc sent me for yet more blood tests on Monday and if it comes back negative then they'll get a camera thingy down my throat and have a butchers at that.

My sister has UATG too and out of the 27 symptoms I ticked 20. It would certainly answer alot of questions and answer why i'm feeling like pooh.

Time for bed MrsF! (Zzzzzzz)

coppertop · 12/11/2004 23:34

I now have Carly Simon stuck in my head (well, not literally!).

MsF · 12/11/2004 23:38

and me too....i better say night night......and i must not 'check' if there's any more posts i NEED to read!!!!!

Night NIghT!

[reluctantly chants "i must not look on active converstaions- i need my sleep. i must not look on active converstaions- i need my sleep."

Aww, thanks MrsF, that's so sweet - up til now, i've only ever had 2 siblings and now i got 3 more! Instant family, just add water.

How are you doin'? Had a bad day with ds and at this evening, he hugged me in the car and said "thank you for a lovely day Mummy!". We'd only gone to the autistic group and then home with his cousin to play....! Bless.

MsF · 13/11/2004 23:53

he probably felt 'safe and secure' at the group- leigh always enjoys his time at the Autism holiday club he goes to -says they understand him there.

Chocol8 · 13/11/2004 23:57

It was a different group in another town and I wasn't ever so keen tbh, but he loved it. My sis and I sorted out my warderobe and I got rid of 6 black sacks of clothes - i even have some left!

I had to laugh this morning, he was off staring into space singing along to Crocodile Rock (I think he may actually be tone deaf) and this evening singing and dancing to Beat It by MJ with me in the car, air guitar and all! He is always delighted to dance and sing. Do your boys like to do that too? x

MsF · 14/11/2004 00:02

tom loves music- but never been much into singing or jigging around- leigh 'ignores' music....and really the only songs he ever sang as a pre-schooler were 'thomas the tank' songs!!! Now at 8 the only songs he'll sing are school hymns!!! HE NEVER DANCES OR TAPS HIS FEET.

Whereas Alext LOVES music...songs...rythmn etc...he taps away to anything...he particularily loves me and him sitting cheek to cheek so our ears touch- then we sing the 'Barney son' "ILOVE YOU

OP posts:
MsF · 14/11/2004 00:03

that group....did he go there alone? do you have to pay ...how long for etc!!!

Well- i am curious!!!!
